Put a windshield shade up when you park. Crack the front windows to increase air flow as you have two fans blowing out. That would help. Or have a fan that blows in and one that blows out.
I did exactly this 2 months ago when I knew I'd be parking in full sun for a week. I used 4 USB blower fans (very efficient and quiet), 2 on each window. They could be daisy chained together. Do you have a link to the fans you used?
