Maybe I have accidently not picked up from this video, the following: The size of these 2 mentioned condos. If so - pls let me know🙏. The size of any unit essential. Then u r able to judge what's s reasonable price like mnthly rent. Thanks in advance for any reply😅.
You ever notice that nobody includes the words FOR ME when they talk about something that is OVERPRICED. The property is too expensive FOR ME. There, I fixed it.😂😂
@@billyakin3301 I respect your opinion, but I disagree with your phrasing. To say that something is "too expensive for me" may imply that one does not have the finances to afford the item. That is certainly not the situation in my case. What I stated was that the unit was overpriced considering the size of the unit, the lack of a balcony and compared to similar units in the area. I also clearly stated that this assessment was my personal opinion.
Nowhere in America do I know a place where young kids like that will go up to older people and carry on a conversation. I live in south Louisiana between the two most dangerous cities probably in the world and certainly in the united states. I live in a rural area between New Orleans and baton rouge.. our state legislature has just passed a bill where you can carry a gun concealed without a permit and the governor is going to sign it. The only way I would feel safe going to New Orleans or baton rouge is if I was carrying a gun and if I have to carry a gun I'm not going. I'm leaving the USA to retire in the Philippines mostly because of love but I will be happy to get away from all the crime and stress that the media causes.. I will stay in Cebu City for a short time until I find me a nice place in the country preferably in the mountains where it is cool especially at night.. I like all of your videos especially the rentals even if they were a bit high like those are.. thanks for the videos 👍👍and I will see you all soon😎🤗👍
Adding this to my Favorites, will definitlely contact them when Im visiting Cebu this July to negotiate for better price. Thanks for the video and keep making videos !!! 😊
Hi Rod, thank you for this excellent and informative video. Great view from those windows as well. I feel like a broken record to keep saying it, but I really enjoy your apartment and condo videos. IT park and the business park are my two favorite areas in Cebu. For IT park, the proximity to Sugbo Mercado is a huge bonus. I hope everything has been well with you as of late, and you are on the mend from your injuries last year. Thanks again for all that you do with your great videos and content, it’s sincerely appreciated.
Makati/BGC is like 2-3x more expensive than many parts of Cebu. An 55 SQM, 1 bedroom condo will run anywhere between 70k-120k/month. I live in Lorenzo, Makati and I'm paying 130k/month for a fully furnished, 140 SQM 2/2 bed & bath condo with 2 parking slots.
I don't mind the price but, are the AirCon units the invertor type? They save on electric bills vs the non invertor types where the bill would be a lot higher.
i rented a studio in this complex for 20k including hoa fees,,,,There was a lot of noise until 11pm sometimes, because they were doing construction on another tower,,,,,if this condo is in Avida Tower Riala
@@theblackboxpodcastshow1791 yeah mate why not take the plunge and so some background checks before you get out there....I have 2 units in a development called "The median" they are building another similar unit which will be ready for occupancy by 2027....my 2 units are fully tenanted...
₱30,000 without parking and is already cheap for a BRANDNEW 1 bedroom condominium in a PRIME LOCATION. It is still negotiable if the client will stay for long term.
Tiny Condos are for people who have lower budget & huge condos are for people who can afford more. Because if all the philippines' developers will make huge condos, do you think everyone can afford? Developers end up nothing.
Inflation has hit hard in the Philippines. IT park condos are '"To much Money now". 35k for a Studio, 40k for a 1 bedroom and 60k for a 2 bedroom. I'm heading to Thailand. 10000% better!!!!!!
39k is too expensive for this size condo, these don't even have a balcony. Just my personal opinion

@@mamae2018 28k - 30k is much more reasonable and realistic. The video stated the rent was 39k.

We rent a 2-bedroom condo (for only 3 months) in One Oasis for just 28K excl condo dues, elektric and water.
Great location and nice option for a short stay. Good place to get a taste of the Philippines, the friendly people, good food and low cost of living.

American will never be fixed. Get out while you can. Talking to random elderly and kids in Asia is why I’m here. It’s normal human interactions.

Nice nice size condo looks like a nice retirement spot under 1000 a month very very very very very very affordable
Yes, nice location and nice view Michael.
Nice looking place! I watched your project to filming this Pyramid yeeeeers ago. Sad to see this building so empty now...
Nice condos! I think the price is better than a comparable Airbnb for one month.
That condo looks nice Rod 👍👍bigger discount for longer stay sounds good to me Rod
Thanks 👍
Hi Rod….Thank you for the fun video…are you feeling ok? Your voice sounds like a frog in your throat….love your channel 😊
39000 , just to expensive for what you get .
The price is very reasonable with good interior fully furnished
Looks decent Rob.
For that price you can get a larger 1 bedroom in Caylex in Business Park
Do you have a video on why you chose Cebu over Makati/BGC ? It seems to me the prices of apartments are pretty close in either area.

Window AC I think jagger.
39k is the price for people not already in the PH.

Great view Rod,to bad I'm in the states. Thanks for sharing friend.😊
Nice condos. Do they exclusively rent thru Air BnB or separate long term rentals?
I am told that many airbnb owners will also rent direct. They save money and you save money James.
39000 per month? Lord have mercy
I know, I can't even afford to live in a 3rd world country
That's only ₱35,000/month with parking. ₱30,000/month if you won't need the parking.
Thanks Rod. I don't care about pools or gyms. Do you think I could find a decent Condo for 25000 pesos in that area of Cebu?
Yes, depending on what you think is "decent".
i rented a studio in this complex for 20k including hoa fees,,,,There was a lot of noise until 11pm sometimes, because they were doing construction on another tower,,,,,if this condo is in Avida Tower Riala
All you show is high end $700 + a month. Easy to find much cheaper.
Avida projects aren't high end projects of Ayala Land.
These condos look great. May I ask how frequent are brownouts (I'm thinking elevator) and internet options (high to highest speeds for work reasons)?
No problems in these buildings. Never experienced anything ever. They have generators that would kick in if it happened.
@@sentinel80Thanks for the heads up.
Is these places good for long term rental? When I do take the plunge, I’m staying
I own 2 units in the vicinity IT park is rhe creme dela crem it is where you definitely want to invest in...alot of foreign rental demand

You're looking fit Rod. I lost interest as soon as you videoed the pools from way up there, i suddenly got vertigo, LoL.
It was ok until he said 39k a month, way overpriced!!! You can get something far better for that price!
Great till the lifts breakdown, they remind me of housing commission flats of the 70's in Australia, getting bull dozed ,as we speak..

39000 pesos per month for this type of condo is way overpriced.....too many people overpaying these days......

negotiable perhaps? LOL.....39k for that is a suckers deal. You can get double or triple that size for less. Just need skills to haggle.
