Hi Rod. I partly checked out this video yesterday but didn't comment. The main thing i noticed about all the rooms was a lack of natural light, meaning one would require artificial lighting on most times. Otherwise nicely appointed and probably not so noisy because of lack of window spaces. Regards Rod.
"This is our promo!" . Not bad if you work nearby and on a short time visit. Looks clean and functional and I point this out because the view is one thing but if your AC acts up every second day is another level.
Some people can only see the price. Location has always been the best way to access price, then amenities. You could live in a tree and get a much better deal, in fact, practically free. Of course you'd bitch about that price too😂🤣😂🤣😂
Have you done any video about Eon Centennial Soho Hotel & Apparents?? Its about 200-250 meters from Fuentes Circle down B. Rodriguez St. Really nice hotel rooms. The apartments we didn't look at. A nice parking in the house with guards 24/7.
If you walk F. Ramos St from G. Maxilom Ave and take right in to Arlington Pond St and then left at Lim Tian Teng you find one of the best restaurants in Cebu City around 20 meters down the road, Restaurant Casa Verde. It is really really nice.
Thanks for the tour. Do you or any of your subscribers know of a furnished studio or 1 bedroom in the vicinity of IT park/ Business district or Ayala center. Something within walking distance to a supermarket . Somewhere between P20,000 to 30,000 including WiFi. 4 month duration.
In my opinion, too pricy for the location. Not fully furnished either. I like your content, but this place is not an option for me. Maybe someone would be okay there, but I don't think it'll be a popular place to hang out. but, on the good side, it is somewhat spacious.
Hello, ron, I've been watching your videos for about four years now, you might want to explain to people they need an income, at least 1500 USD, because everything you show them, and they have a girlfriend any bad habits they will not last long in the Philippines, those who want to retire there, not the tourist. Just a friendly advice. No, really you keep doing what you're doing.
Looks like some very nice, new condos. thanks for sharing, rod....Jim

Thanks for sharing Bob. It is a new option just down the street from me.
Get place in joteimn beach pattayo 200 euros with beach and gym crazy price in cebu😮😮
yes, they are delusional. They also want 1st and last month plus 2 months deposit.
Plus you have to furnish a fridge and TV yourself when I can rent from one of your other locations. The one good thing is it's near a main hospital
Those are NICE Rod. For the price not bad. Being brand new.

Nice, informative video. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful Michael.

Thanks Kriss. Say hello when you get here.

Looks nice.
32k good Lord of California
Spacious by PI standards but overpriced for what you get. It's not fully furnished, not even a fridge.
Condo is nice. But some of furniture is not that great. Price seems high as there's cheaper I believe on that street.

I like Casa Verde also and ate there yesterday Anders.
Too expensive for a dungeon designed in the 1950s.
With some living room furniture this would be ok
A remodel and newer furniture work gain a lot Wally.
I can't afford it Rod!!!

4 month is usually a booking.com or airbnb type property. Most others want a 6 or 12 month lease.
Not bad a little pricey, too dark for me

Prices going up 😒
32000 php a month is freaking stupid expensive, they have lost their damn minds

Good points Hiram. Cost of living discussion coming soon.
Far too much ! Crazy
Better value all over Cebu
Overpriced.
I will not bother with the newish condos. Too small. I rather take those old big condos. The small condos are unlivable.
I agree.
Overpriced😮
Too near to street for the noise. 🚐🚑🚒🚓🚔🚕🚖🚗🏍
Not impressive condo for the money
Very cheap furnish
