Hi Chad, I hope today is good for you. Thanks for this video, I hope people get to see it. As always you managed to pack in the important points people need to address when getting into this lifestyle. As I keep mentioning, I apologise but its true, we are all conditioned from birth and so simple eating of a mono meal of a fruit until full seems crazy.... in fact its the easiest and best for our system on many levels. That's just one of your excellent suggestions and again, thanks for the advice. Love and light bro 🙏

Great video, you really seem to know what you’re talking about and explain it well. One question, do you ever feel like you’re missing out on enjoyment or fun by not going out to restaurants and eating cooked vegan food? That’s always what trips me up and sends me back from raw to raw till four or cooked vegan.

Hey there, thanks for the response! No question that’s been the hardest part for me as well - the emotional component. There’s something about the stimulation from the cooked food combined with the desire to relive some part of my childhood through food (at least for me) that’s brought cravings that come and go in phases.
At this point, the benefits I’ve experienced and the way I feel pretty much outweigh any temptations or pressure from family/friends (most of the time), but I’m also a big believer that life should be enjoyed and celebrated, so I say go for the restaurants/cooked food if it brings joy and connection with others. If you can keep it raw the majority of the time and do cooked a few nights per week, you’re doing pretty darn good! Cheers.
