The central district of Shevchenkivskyi in Ukraine’s capital was attacked by Russian-launched “kamikaze drones” in the early hours of October 17, 2022. This came exactly a week after Moscow launched a series of missile strikes in Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities. The number of casualties from the drone attack is unclear. Ukrainian officials have reported that the Kremlin had used Iranian-made Shahed-136 drones in recent attacks to target urban centres and infrastructure, an accusation that Tehran has denied.

It's actually far more scarier than a cruise missile. Since you are able to control drones' movement. Potentially, the results could be far deadlier than a cruise missile can inflict. As you are able to change targets mid flight.
Exactly, the drone can just stop and examine the surroundings to figure out a better target, or worse, go after moving ones, like civilians

you can also control cruise missiles, i think you mean Ballistic Missiles which only folow gravitacional laws, like bullets.

This is similar to an incident that happened in the past, although I'm not sure if it really did happened. Apparently some Middle Eastern rebels tried to use RC planes strapped with explosives to crash into Russian targets, but that plan didn't worked because the Russians just jammed the RC planes' communications, thus causing the RC planes to just crash into nothing.

these arent your normal drone, its made for these and has protection against jammer otherwise it would useless and these drone are cheap as well.

About a year ago... saw some western people and mostly Indian people who were criticizing both Turkish and Iranian made drones....Now we can see both countries are very successful on their drone technology.... And specially this iran made drone is one of their low class drones...there are many higher class technology....also Iran is veteran in drone technology than turkey....

No. Missiles are not controlled by people they're controlled by GPS, radar, or dumbfired at a calculated trajectory.
Suicide drones are controlled by a person who uses a camera to guide the drone to it's target. They're not the same at all
