This was so needed for me... To not have any dance training or education... But being gifted with the ability to dance and choreograph dance pieces on any level... It is really difficult and a little uncomfortable to be able to perform, visualize, or complete a dance movement but not know what it is called or how to explain it to someone you are teaching... Interesting! As a ballet dancer I feel like I know the foundation steps that these modern ones were built off of, but a lot of these are new unique takes on fundamental concepts that I never would’ve thought existed 🔥

Why is this modern moves is so much easier than techniques of modern as Martha graham and horton and doesn't have the sharp alignment .is this because the modern dance nowadays is much depending on natural posture or this is a different style influenced by modern dance techniques.please answer me
