I just picked up a 64 impala SS project a few months back to add to my collection of cars..... and seeing these videos makes me want to push the impala in front of the Camaro and after the chevelle..... the LT1 swap looks nice, looking into one of those now or the LSA motor....... keep up the good work man car care out sick
Hi, just watched you do the tank for the 68 on lonestarlows channel. You modified the stock tank on the 68, is this a tank you made or is this like a tanks inc efi tank? Your car is awesome, you and Kenny have gorgeous cars, great taste, and style. Thanks for all the info and tips.
2 questions I know in your chassis video you mentioned your transmission was a 6 speed what brand did you buy and my other question is were did you purchase your fuel system Hoses and fittings thanks.
I was wondering how long were the lines you have for brakes that are by your ybone and the if the tee valve was just a generic type 3 way tee for your disc brakes
The stainless steel braided line from my frame to rearend is 16” and as long as the tee can be secured to the rearend it doesn’t matter which one you use 👍
I’ve got a 63 Oldsmobile wagon it’s just about the same color my grandpa and I layed it on a 95 cadi chassis it ran great but the tank my grandpa made up got a hole in it after the coil over broke. I need some help getting a new fuel system in the car because he passed away and I’m not as great with making things up out of nothing could you help me out with a parts list to get the car running again so I can get it back on the road I just don’t know what all I need to build the fuel system.
Lowriding AZ I bought the tank from tanksINC here is a eBay item number 201120508947 Just put that number in the eBay search bar and it will pop right up 👍
It’s not a stock fuel pump, it’s a walbro 255 electric fuel pump, it come with the tanksINC fuel injection tank, I’ll put a link to the tank and lines in the description to that video this evening 👍
@@RedRocket64 , the metal that goes inside the roof skin where you cut. It's hard to explain but it comes on the piece that's cut from the donor roof. I was going to cut the hole and make a flange tool to mimic what I can see in the video but I think it's a seal lip that I can't see in the video. I'm going to get it in it it kills me. Its always a way. I have full roof just no donor skin lol.
cleo 2212 I see, that flange has to strips of felt that the top of the glass slide on when being opened and closed. I made a small metal filler piece and welded it to that flange on both sides, it gave the roof some reinforcement. That flange also had the mounting points for the tube.

You ever come across a roof skin yet or a way for me to install my roof. I'm trying to figure out what's the purpose of the flange
cleo 2212 nothing, those things are scarce, what flange are you talking about?
