Patrick Warburton is one of the best voice actors ever. His voice is so easily recognizable.

That eye twitch is classic, but they seemed to have moved away from it, in recent years. Too bad, it is so defining of the man's character; quiet and disciplined on the outside, but a hot mess, emotionally, inside.
@@paulhollier6382 He went through a lot and evolved as a character. The last episode of Season 7 has a bit of the old Brock back where he's just pure death on two legs that seems almost supernaturally capable.

I like how Brock is a hard ass but still has a great sense of humor. Like I hate how sometimes the most strongest characters of action animated shows are these serious, sometimes edgy, people.

Because it's a comedy, so they allow him to be humurous from time to time. It's realistic to expect an assassin to be a dead serious person.
@@federicopalacios7439 not necessarily you have to be pretty unhinged to kill people for money or at the very least just have a very poor moral compass that leaves room for a lot of personality types you would probably end up running into a hit man who has a bit more of a humorous or eccentric demeanor like Brock being literally a crazy person who kills people for money

It's a nice touch since him and Orpheus get along very well and Orpheus has showed a great deal of respect for Brock over the series, and so did Brock for him.

I honestly don't know why Adult Swim cancelled the series without a proper finale. The Venture Bros is a very well-received series.

I'll give you a hint, in those 17 years the show only had 7 seasons. It's miraculous they got as much as they did. Adult swim pulls a lot of bullshit, like that metalocalypse fiasco, but this production schedule just wasn't feasible. You can't keep a channel running with good reviews. You need profit.
Lets hope it can continue someday
A UA-cam channel there's petition in the works to get them to at least finish Season 8 (they'd started writing it when it was cancelled) and after how Season 7 ended ... I need closure dammit! Sign and share the petition, Go Team Venture!
