Thank you. I'm trying to do it for the first time. I'm 61, so it's never too late to learn. It takes patience but is worth it. I pay here in Donosti 10€ for a kilo. That's a lot of anchovies. And I am proud of myself. If have a glass of wine and listen to good music I can do the whole kilo without getting bored.

You are so welcome, Patience is necessary for this recipe but it is really worth, when you buy it you can ask to the fish seller to clean them and remove the head and the bone, so you will save some time, It is good to cook a good quantity due you can keep it in the fridge for long time if they are under olive oil, and due to the time it takes it is not worth to cook lIttle quantity.We hope you enjoy this epic recipe, you will love to have them as aperitivo with white whine, We are so glad you try to cook it! kind regards
