Standing next to you sounds like it could have been on MJs Off the wall album. It is truly a funk masterpiece. We’ve heard so much disco from kpop on the past 3 years, but THIS, this is real funk. Like the HORNS??? Give me a good brass section and a funky baseline and it’s over

Very honestly, i wish he had chosen more suitable songs, i was very excited for his album but i just felt like almost all songs sounded like some ed sheeran 2015 songs
Dunno how well you know JK but those types of songs are his fave to listen to so I’m not surprised that vibe was all over his album 💀

it's not ed sheeran 2015 songs, that's called a genre of music which is called pop music and if u don't like it then find an artist of your style. Jungkook suits this style the best, this album is his first and for your brain to get it these songs all has different styles, so YES he in fact tried new styles just like funk for example, he can do multiple styles but it's his first solo album he can not give you 50 songs, and his goal is to be for not only a fandom but a general public. These are the most suitable songs he could have chosen for his FIRST work. Go listen to other artists instead of being hard on a first album of a singer
