Can a midwife write NCLEX ?

A lot of people have been asking me whether midwives can also write NCLEX ? The process for midwives is currently complicated because most of the states that used to accept midwives are denying them the chance in getting ATTs to sit for NCLEX RN but some few state boards of nursing permit midwives to write NCLEX. Currently the UK and Ireland are the ideal places for international midwives.

Enlightening, However "try the UK" you mean write NCLEX in uk? or work on migration to UK instead. If YES kindly share the pathway to UK as a Midwife. Thanks.

Work or migrate to UK or Ireland where midwives are accepted.. You need to register with UK or Ireland NMC and them write their CBT as well as IELTS . Once you pass these exams them you look for an employer in the UK or Ireland to help with the immigration process

Am a post basic midwife can I register for the NCLEX..... that is i did 2years nurse Assistant clinal and 2years midwifery

As an international midwife do you select to Register as RN during the registration process with the particular board of nursing . Want to know.
