So are the crankshaft and rods forged in all the 2urgses'? Which type/brand of headers and exhaust setup is best for performance gains for this engine?
Toyota is not known for selling boring cars. Stop pushing this agenda. Oh my God why does every car reviewer feel like they need to say that please show some type of knowledge about Toyota

Yes, they have different types of vvti system, calles vvt-i, vvti-W, vvti-E
