This is a true home gym. It's in his garage he doesn't have that much equipment but he has what he needs to get the job done.

He'd be a lot better than Tom Holland, who's 23 but looks like he's got whatever disease Gary Coleman had. I'm perhaps being a bit hyperbolic, but he certainly isn't what you'd call manly. My personal pick for Nathan Drake would have been Nathan Fillion back in the day. He's too old now, so I'd probably go for Chris Pratt.

My only critic is that he doesn't execute the compound movements at the beginning of the workout, but overall, very good technique and good advices.
thats not a neccesity, a lot of people do them later when they are more warmed up, and also a bit more tired so they dont go too heavy while still achieving enough hypertrophy, so its completely valid to do them later
“Exhale and brace your core on every squat rep” You mean *inhale* and brace for every rep

I really don't like benches but I want to. The only downside is that I have to put so much thought and effort into keeping my legs down that I can't focus on the weight I'm holding.
