      Thank you! Glad you liked the video. I know another person who lives in Germany, and she has mentioned in the past that it is difficult to find Total Gyms over there. I'm not sure why. She found a used one on the secondary market. She also bought one from QVC (home shopping network) in the United States and used a freight forwarding service to have it delivered to her. Hope that helps!

    I loved the idea of this and was hyped to try it, but ran into a problem. I have to remove and reinstall the dip bars every time or the weight bar will hit them. I still did the workout, just had to slow down a bit to remove/add dip bars. Great quick routine when you just don't have the time or energy for a longer workout. I don't subscribe to many channels, there are only 3 fitness related ones I am subscribed to, and you are one of them. I am also a TotalGym addict, but I don't use social media so I can't join the club.

      Thanks for subscribing! Sorry it didn't work for you. I assume you need the weight bar in place because you need/want additional resistance. You could do a simulated dip with the cables instead of the dip bars. You would have to attach and detach the cables from the board, but that might be faster than taking the weight bar on and off. Hope that might help!
