- This is the first time I have tried this folks and let me tell you, it worked a treat. I will be using this item a lot more for backyard cook ups. If you have not cooked Coconut Curry Chicken before, please do so. It is very nice. Cheap to make and can feed the whole family.

Hi mr buckaroonie try and get the construction blocks, they are thicker and tapered on the inside. They are used for corefill with concrete. You could concentrate the heat with the top block with the tapered end up ( top of block is thicker , bottom is thinner) pumped koala retired brickie/ stonemason

Well buck a roon I did not know... cooked tonight on stove top, cook onion with good ole truststy keen mustard, totally different flavours. Did not know to cook the mustard powder down added red cap and celery at the last 5 min. & rice ! Bloody beautiful.

The curry looks really good, here in the U.K. Besser bricks are called Breeze blocks.
Breeze blocks. Makes sense I guess. I think Besser is the company who makes them.

Julie and Vince down in Strathalbyn SA. We've been cooking this curry since we saw you do it last time and it always turns out perfectly. Might give that one a go on our rocket stove.That old clip plus the Guinness beef stew got lost mate so you might have to whack them back up there.

Only issue with mine is I stuffed up the height, but Scotty Bruce built it like a Panzer Tank, talk about tough. It just needed a height adjustment. Great way to cook 👍

Great to have another video again on this cook up, I thought from memory once you cooked the garlic, ginger, onion and curry powder, I thought you used chicken stock to make it a paste instead of water, just wondering if you recommend to do that still or just use water thanks buck looks great
