Just a thought but if you came off your bike with a heavy bag you could get whiplash injuries. Perhaps some kind of neck brace would be a good idea. You can get lightweight ones I believe.
What would be quicker than repairing a puncture when you're out is not having to , bring out a spare innertube and just replace , and repair back at home
The pay now compared to years previous is!shocking , to make a decent living now fulltime u have to do crazy hours , 80 hours a week to get decentish salary

Cause most rider on Strix & switch to other platform like Uber Eat or Grabs. & cause buyer waited for hr & hr for rider unti So pissed off. Make all customer switch to other platform. Bye bye Roo🤣

My old man got a job delivering food to old people around the city. The only problem was he doesn't have a car and sure as shit can't drive. The fucking idiot was doing it by bus, haha! He was at a bus stop waiting to get to his next drop off but threw in the towel because there was a pub across the road. True story.

LIGHTS - preferably flashing should be on ALL THE TIME day and night!! Surprised you don't state this!!
Interesting! In the Netherlands it is actually illegal to use flashing lights unless it's an ambulance, police car or fire truck.
