Hi there nice videos! Honestly, do you still wake up at 4AM? And for how long have you been waking up at 4AM? And when do you go to sleep at night 11PM is a bit less sleep to wake up at 4AM right? Would like know :) Thanks
Brother thank you for the motivation just did 100 lunges and 100 push ups. I'm a truck driver. I was lifting heavy befor I moved to the usa from Saskatchewan. But I am driving a lot. Sometimes 4000m a week . So I let my self go I still work out on the road but off on. Not the same. And a side not i dont eat the road food. I cool everyday.
Normally not a morning person, but I awoke at 2:20am very well rested, had my protein shake, and just took my prolific....now, headed to the gym!! P.S. Had to watch this first!!
I've been getting up between 430am-5am for 2 weeks and it's been amazing. My day is no longer rushed, I read, I pray, I listen to music, clean up the house, work out, make breakfast...it goes on and for the most part, this is done before most people wake up. It's awesome, empowering. Taking back the day, there is no extra time, you have to find it.
When I moved from LA to the desert for a while, waking up at 4am was the greatest thing to look forward to, especially early morning runs in the foothills
"You need a purpose." - I couldn't agree more. If you don't feel the need to get up at 4-5AM, the extra sleep is better for you. That being said, getting up at 4:30am really has changed the game for me, too. The amount of work you can fit into a single day is just insane. That and watching positive people like you lit a fire under my ass to start something I'm passionate about - so I started a mental health-focused podcast here in Ireland. Thank you for your constant motivation and inspiration....you could have been doing anything! But you chose to make fucking killer content for us. ❤️
I love the early morning hours, I wake up at 4, dress for the gym and drink coffee, brush my teeth, and at the gym for the doors opening at 5:30, it makes the perfect start to the day :)
thats why we muslims have a prayer at 530 am. we are advised to wake up early because it gets alot of things you cant do the rest of the day done and the peace and serenity of early morning is just calming.
I wake up at 4am, started doing it year and 1/2 ago and love it. I work out until 6am after coffee and drive to 24 hr gym. Biggest benefit is huge weight loss , energy throughout the day and my evenings are home with my family. If you can pull it off for a month it become an obsession, it’s harder for me “not to go”, then to go. I go 6-7 times a week and love it. Gym is bare and when crowds show it’s time to leave. 👍🏽
I wake up at 2:45AM to check emails then hit the gym from 3:45-5. Home for breakfast, work, and get kiddo up. I was the one that messaged you on IG last night about possible relocation to TX. Heart you!
I wake up by 4:30 even on off days. I like getting a workout in, then coming home, eating breakfast, and having coffee. It's the most peaceful part of the day.
Some people think it’s dumb when people give tips about waking up early “just wake up!” But it’s not always that easy and sometimes seeing others be successful at something and hearing about what it does for them is helpful. Thanks man!
I have always been a morning person, but not gonna lie, these past couple of weeks I've been struggling to start off my day early. So thank you so much for these tips, Travis, super helpful!
I havent tried to wake up that early.. but what i noticed is that when i wake up at 6 for some reason, i feel awesome to work on my projects or to study.. that silence and tranquility is priceless. Awesome video man !
I also get up at 4.00 am, its a divine time, prayers are offered in temples and mosques at that time all over the world . It has a huge positive impact on people who get up at this time.
Are you sure weren't brother, you and I are so connected.Waking early in the morning just doing my thing is the best moment to feel with peace environment,no noise by vehicle or even bird tweeting outside.Man...it soo wonderful
Exactly. I love getting up and getting things done! Working out is one of those things..... if I don’t work out early then I don’t get a good work out later in the day.
Purpose, that is the key! My husband was the 4am person but there was a purpose! He worked in the movie studios or a tv show and they had to begin work at 6am! He is not that 4am person everyday now, just once in a while when they call! I use to get up at 3am, to run and work out before work and then walk to work! Not now but I still workout in the mornings just not that early anymore! Love your videos!
I used to do this when I belonged to a 24 hr gym with maybe 1 or 2 Others are in the gym. Then I got lazy, and started hitting snooze and was gaming later. Tomorrow is a new day, without the snooze button, 5am comes quick, night!
Been waking up at 3:45 am in order to get to the gym by 4 am since I started working a full-time job. LOVE it. No one to share the gym with! Haha. It's also by far my most productive time of day. I get more done between 4-6 am than I do the rest of my day combined!
everyday since my youngest was born he gets up at 4 a.m and he is 12 years old and he still gets up at 4a.m and everybody in the house to be up so i get up and make breakfast and do cleaning and laundry and i like it that way so i can get it done before it gets hot out and than i get them ready for school and me for work i love it cause it is our time to talk and they grow so fast
I couldn't agree more! My friends say I'm crazy for waking up so early in the first place, especially to go exercise. However, I think it puts my mind right for the day and I love the peace during that time of day too 😊
I’m starting a new job that begins at 4:30, so my days are about to start at 3:30 am. Thank you for this, helping me look forward to it at least a little!
If your a greenkeeper at golf course like I am it means we get every thing done and then we get to enjoy the rest of the afternoon and at 4am the sunrises over the course make it worth it
amen man. i love getting up at the but crack of dawn (345am) its so amazing how peaceful the mornings are and how much more i get done when noone is up but me.
Love the message of this video! We spend all day giving our energy to others at work, at home and in our communities....we need to carve that time for ourselves to do things other than sleep!
I love the feeling of "I don't need to workout after finish working" and "I don't need to worry about skipping workout because my friends invited me on a dinner on 6.30 pm." Because I've done working out from 4.30 am to 5.30 am.
This was great, like some beautiful Poetry. Fun fact, your perspective on the gym; how it's a place where everything is in your control, how its so peaceful, and even how its great "you" time inspired me. I even wrote a paper about my morning ventures to the gym during winter break. Professor gave me an A, you the GOAT.
I do love my mornings as well Travis! I think it is something only morning people can understand. I feel very productive and love hitting those morning workouts!
Used to get up at 4am for hockey practice a few days a week. It was nice. Now I get up between 5:15-5:25 to have my morning routine and leave for work by 6:30, it's nice. Not a lot of traffic for me.
Love the video, totally agree on being a morning person. One thing that I've struggled with at times is that it can feel kind of isolating. I'm naturally an introvert so it doesn't cause me a huge amount of stress or anything but most social events happen in the later hours of the night (especially in college) and I often find myself a bit "out of sync" with most of my friends' schedules. I don't know if you've ever felt similarly but just a thought I had while watching. Love the videos man! Good luck with the move!
It’s a gradual but an essential process to wake up at 4. Even as a teen I struggle to wake up at 4, but I ain’t gonna give up. Motivated by your story. 👍🏼👍🏼
If you are asleep by 11pm and wake up at 4 am you get 5 hours of sleep per night. This is way under the recommendations. Contrary to popular belief the vast majority of humans need at least 7,5 hours of sleep for optimal performance. The side effects of chronic low sleep, much like high blood pressure, is not something you notice immediately. It is shown later in life as vastly increased risk for depression, alzheimers and cardiovascular disease! I strongly recommend reading “Why we sleep” by Matthew Walker, PhD, for more info on sleep...
And I found out that working out on 4.30 am is far more easier, less resistance - just a bit of drowsiness and sleepiness - if compared to working out after work at 5 pm = that struggle is very challenging!
I've found the same thing. I wake up at 4:30. One of the best changes I ever made. You never realize how noisy the world is until you wake up before everyone else.
You really made a lot of great points in this video. I'd call myself a morning person but not quite that early 😋 I'm also not nearly as productive as you. I wake up early to give myself a lot of time to relax. It's the only way I can center myself and mentally prepare for the day. I need my me time!
Crazy that you uploaded this today, out of nowhere I literally watched an old video of yours yesterday where you mentioned that people asked you, “how do you wake up so early?” And in that video you trolled them by telling them to set up an alarm and just stand up
Up early as well every day. By 5 on weekends. That 3 hours before the wife and kid get up spent lounging around drinking coffee is fantastic. Wish I could get to the gym before work but start way too early.
all about routine i get up at 4:30 cook oats and eggs leave for office by 5:20 by 5 in eve i am back then some rest one hour reading after getting up gym at 8 pm netflix from 10-11 then sleep like a kid😊

I force myself to be up at 5am for this very reason nothing like waking up this early and just enjoying the peace and quiet. Plus my gym opens at 5am which is another reason. Living in LA is crazy and the only time to do stuff is in the morning!
As a natural night owl I became an early riser from the epiphany of purpose. Also I got tired of people glorifying sleep deprivation by arguing how little sleep they got. Also the gym at 4am has like 5 people max in it which I find beautiful. If you a are still reading this I wake up by a rule my friend told me once which is "once you get out of bed, you've won".
Just watching this because I have summer school and I play football however football workouts and summer school times fall during the same exact time so I have to wake up at 4 am to workout
I LOVE getting up that early, but I also HATE going to bed early. Suns goes down late here in summer, and I cannot justify to myself going to bed while the sun is still shining outside.
I love the video. A lot of people in Germany judge you hardcore when you tell them that you wake up at the crack at dawn to work out :D You just equipped me with a lot of really good arguments to defend myself haha!
Ive been getting up at 4 A.M cup of tea 45 min work out then get picked up for work at half 5 A.M work untill 3 oclock come home take my dog out come back clean up shower food an relax...but i must say ive been coming down with colds an viruses but ive only just started it last week so see how things go...definatly need rest day an tonight is the night ohhhh yerrsssss 👍
I love seeing this video get out there! Please subscribe to the channel! Really glad to have you all here.

Did I catch Smith/Edwards Road?
That magical feeling of knowing you’ve already got the gym and gotten shit done before people have even awoken.
To anyone that watches this video .. You’re awesome
He said in the video between 10-11pm.
Love your videos! This was perfect
This is quite possibly my favourite video of yours! :D
Normally not a morning person, but I awoke at 2:20am very well rested, had my protein shake, and just took my prolific....now, headed to the gym!! P.S. Had to watch this first!!
Aw. Thanks. I needed to hear thay today!
4am, the perfect time of the day for an introvert. Kind of like having the entire world to yourself. Great content rich homie
I've been getting up between 430am-5am for 2 weeks and it's been amazing. I remember as a kid I would wake up at 4-5am to watch cartoons that didn’t show during the day
Dirty cartoons that is.
Facts bro, used to do the same
"You need a purpose." - I couldn't agree more. If you don't feel the need to get up at 4-5AM, the extra sleep is better for you.

The Mental Wealth Podcast clearly plugging your podcast😂
I think secret of waking up early is going to sleep early ;)
When?
Fellow 4am riser... I love everything about it. Especially the lack of other life forms at the gym.
I have been going to the gym at 4:00am for the last 5 years and I love it! Gives me the time to spend the evenings with my wife and kids.
this dude be waking up when i get ready for bed
I love the early morning hours, I wake up at 4, dress for the gym and drink coffee, brush my teeth, and at the gym for the doors opening at 5:30, it makes the perfect start to the day :)
I think you should stop drinking coffee so you stay healthy, when you stay healthy when you workout will be easer
@@khadijaabdulsaid6776 wtf? ;D

Well put Travis! I completely agree with everything you’ve shared here. I’ve done 4:30am wakeups in the past and it was such an incredible feeling.
I wake up at 4am, started doing it year and 1/2 ago and love it. I work out until 6am after coffee and drive to 24 hr gym. 😎😎 i just started getting up @4am about 3 months ago and I love it. Empty gym, whole day to yourself, no 5pm gym rush. Love the video Travis
I have always been a morning person, but not gonna lie, these past couple of weeks I've been struggling to start off my day early.
So thank you so much for these tips, Travis, super helpful!
Fellow recent convert to 4 am here - if not even earlier - and you summarized everything I love about those tiny, dark hours. 4 am is about freedom.
I havent tried to wake up that early.. but what i noticed is that when i wake up at 6 for some reason, i feel awesome to work on my projects or to study.. that silence and tranquility is priceless.
Awesome video man !

I also started waking up at 4:00am. It has been almost a week and I really love the peace which you get at that time ✌

4am's are bomb! You hit all the perks of waking up at 4! Great Video and keep doing what you do!!

Also...
Prep your breakfast, lunch, work bag, and clothes the night before.
Thank you for this video!
Travis the way you explain yourself is amazing, you are amazing!
thanks for this content once again!
I wake up at 5:30 to run most days and even though its quite a bit later than 4 am it still feels amazing to be almost completely alone
Moving my workouts to 4am has been life changing! I totally relate to everything you said here!
I couldn't agree more! My friends say I'm crazy for waking up so early in the first place, especially to go exercise. However, I think it puts my mind right for the day and I love the peace during that time of day too 😊

Early bird gets the worm
Second mouse gets the cheese.
Worm catching is rigged in favor of the early bird
Dammit Bethany! Was just about to get that in! 😂🤣
early worm gets eaten .
early bird wont get the worm he's too sleepy
Love the message of this video! We spend all day giving our energy to others at work, at home and in our communities....we need to carve that time for ourselves to do things other than sleep!
Yes completely agree with everything RH. Wake up at 430 for the gym before work crew
I love the feeling of "I don't need to workout after finish working" and "I don't need to worry about skipping workout because my friends invited me on a dinner on 6.30 pm." Because I've done working out from 4.30 am to 5.30 am.
Exactly
I also found that waking up at around 4-5AM has allowed me to get more productive in my own projects and opportunities as well!
i agree with the calmness of everything at that time. love it brotha. keep on keepin on

Your dedication, motivation, and positivity always sparks something in me. Keep up the amazing vids 🙏🏼
Got used to it from the hospital life. Still up early. You are right-it's typically a very peaceful time and the gym is nearly empty
My favorite quote thanks to Travis is “I DONT GET TIRED!”
I do love my mornings as well Travis! I think it is something only morning people can understand. I feel very productive and love hitting those morning workouts!
Probably the only UA-cam video in the world I've watched twice. Amazing job!

I've found the same thing. I wake up at 4:30. One of the best changes I ever made. You never realize how noisy the world is until you wake up before everyone else.
Guess you don’t work shift work... not getting off at 11pm and getting up at 4... it’s a matter of perspective, everyone can’t do the same thing.
My alarm goes off @ 3:20 Mon-fri
Out the door @ 4:10
Gym @ 4:30-6
Work @ 6:30
I enjoy the early morning! 🤘
You really made a lot of great points in this video.

You captured the essence of the early morning tranquility perfectly. Seriously awesome job with this video
Thank you!
I know exactly what you mean man! i get up at 4:30am everyday and don't mind it one bit! Nice video bro
*goes to study for final exam* *sees new post from travis* *proceeds to watch instead of study*... Oops?
I understand you i am a Night Owl and the calm in the night is a feeling which is hard to replace :)

Up early as well every day. By 5 on weekends. That 3 hours before the wife and kid get up spent lounging around drinking coffee is fantastic. Wish I could get to the gym before work but start way too early.

5pm rest to 7pm possible nap.
Dude, you sleep way to little...
I’m currently working on waking up at this time. Thank you for an awesome video. Just going to try and read and do some cardio in the morning.... eventually I’ll work on spending time at the gym in the morning. I love the silence as well. 😊
i LOVED how the video was made :D thank you! and i totally agree, 4am is magical
❤️ happy things are falling into place for you.
Yes I love peaceful morning, I wake up 4am too, Every morning I don't need the alarm my body know the time...😁😊🕊💜🕊

Love your videos man! Always looking forward to the quality of content you put out
Early morning workouts + cold showers = BEASTMODE! 💪💯
For real 😜
I force myself to be up at 5am for this very reason nothing like waking up this early and just enjoying the peace and quiet. Plus my gym opens at 5am which is another reason. Living in LA is crazy and the only time to do stuff is in the morning!
Your vid captures the spirit of the whole thing. I finally made it a habit/need to get up early and get to it.
Wow this is a really good video with some different ideas that I haven’t heard. You earned a subscriber.
Thank you

Absolutely Love It Travis!
One of my favorite videos from you!
Loved this travis! I seriously needed this video! Thank you!
Loved this Travis!
I LOVE getting up that early, but I also HATE going to bed early. Suns goes down late here in summer, and I cannot justify to myself going to bed while the sun is still shining outside.
pure motivation LOVED IT!!
Great motivational video!! Awesome perspective on life!! Keep up the good work...
1:40 thats a serious bowl of cerial
Third time watching this one, underrated. Music, edits and voice over so on point 👌🏻
Thank you!!
I love the video. A lot of people in Germany judge you hardcore when you tell them that you wake up at the crack at dawn to work out :D You just equipped me with a lot of really good arguments to defend myself haha!
I used to live in the same neighborhood for a few years, love your vids!
No you are awesome Travis. Keep it up.

I’m up 4am Monday thru Friday for work. Start at 6am. But there’s traffic by 5am here in Jersey. Otherwise I’d hit the gym too before I went in
