Something that you don't see in this video is the camaraderie and lifelong friendships that develop among the recurrent lifeguards that make up this professional team. With all the technology it still comes down to recognizing a rescue and taking action. Joining the Los Angeles County Lifeguards is a decision that once committed to will be lifelong.

The woman who played Stephanie swims there everyday. She saw a victim and said her years on the show kicked in and she ended up rescuing a person in real life!!! 😂🤙

Probably super obvious; seeing two hybrid units, one read PE 1, & other IT1; I did not know if one was Public Education 1, & the other an I.T. unit? (Also, one, with Kevin Hart, read RCT, figuring that was Recruit)?
