Wonderful, thank you. I am someone who until recently has let others walk all over me, or take advantage of my generosity in time, money, and energy. Setting boundaries and saying No, go hand in hand for me, and my challenge is to not only say no, and be clear about what I will and will not do, but then asking for what I want and need, and sticking with that knowing the inherent value that it is and that it brings.

Thank you Kemi 🙏 This is so powerful and is so important that more Women hear these messages! My weakness is saying No (or not). I believe I’m getting better at this, but like you said, We’re only human. And perfect is boring. Learning and growing all the time. Love to you and the beautiful community you’ve created ❤️

Sarah Triffitt - Saying no is definitely a practice for most of us. Love your messages on motherhood and creativity! 🙌🏿

Asking is my biggie but my big step this year has been to ask, and set boundaries around time for my morning routine and study time and it has made a huge difference to my sense that I am totally worthy of that time. Thanks kemi

Thank you for these helpful reminders Kemi. I need to put a big banner across my desk that says 'BOUNDARIES - MAKE THEM!'

I have just read your book on power and I just love it in so many ways. You asked very powerful questions that invited deep and pertinent reflections. Thank you very much Kemi:)

Oh Kemi, you are so awesome! I LOVE your book - it's the most authentic, real and useful self-development book I've read. I struggle with asking because of worthiness but your book, emails and videos inspire my confidence to keep practicing.

Thank you Kemi- this video makes me feel very seen! All 3 are something I need to practice but number one would be asking. Need to go and download your chapter right now!

Yet again you remind us that we are enough. For me it's setting boundaries that I can have challenges with. Thank you for letting me know my worth isn't about my doing... this is so valuable. Great to see you here.

Dawn Walton thank you. If we do tie or worth to our doing we will burn out, and people do. All the time. Rest is priceless. You are worthy of rest.

Setting boundaries! Hardest one for me. Preempting my capacity is the hard part, I have a very idealistic view of how much I can take on - then realise I got it wrong. Kemi! So excited for your UA-cam channel. Thank you!
