Welcome to the ‘Fit with Ryan Adams’ UA-cam channel where I share tips for vegans and plant-based dieters who want to lose weight, get fit and stay healthy for life.
Since 2020, I’ve coached 400+ clients through my Slim & Sustain Program. Over 60% of those clients lost at least 20 pounds in their 12 weeks on the program.
On this channel, I will share the tips I’m using to help my clients get results and the biggest lessons from my personal journey - going from a 40-pounds overweight “gym bro” who was hooked on junk food, to getting in my best shape ever thanks to a plant-based diet and a massive shift in my mindset.
So, welcome to the ‘Fit with Ryan Adams’ channel. I look forward to hearing about your progress!

I LOVE your videos, Ryan!! One big heck I apply to my own life and would like to share with all busy people out there is this: you can adopt almost stove-top recipes to the Instant Pot (other pressure cookers are available LOL)!!! I've developed a "technique" whereby I literally just DUMP all the ingredients from a recipe (typically some kind of vegetable curry/ bean or lentil stew), even RAW ONIONS into the Instant Pot (I don't sautee it!!!), cook it on high for 12 minutes regardless of the recipe (I know, not very scientific but it really works) and voila, you've got 6 portions of highly nutritious food for a week!!!! So easy and saves so much time!! I also use shortcuts like ginger and garlic paste, which again saves so much time. Thanks Ryan, keep the amazing work up xxx

Have you do a video about doing a Vegan diet on a budget it would be helpful? On my last comment I mentioned about growing your own food the reason been I do grow some vegetables and some fruits it helps with food budget, better quality than supermarket veg and fruit I find it relaxing when trending my plot yes there are downsides but it is outweighed by positives.

I quite like 15-20% of calories from fat as a rule of thumb
