I am definitely heading back towards simpler games. I was enthralled by big complicated Euro games. I loved all the bits and bobs. It was so fascinating to see what all the different things did. Eventually modern complex Euro games started to get really samey to me. I have been going back to older games and simpler more interactive games, and it has made me fall back in love with tabletop gaming. It is great that there are all these different kinds of games to play. I think it is worth trying out different sorts of games because you find things you didn't know you would like.

What older games have you been playing?

Same here ;). Older games deliver wonderful interaction. If you can, try older and lesser known games like MarraCash, Big Shot, Mykerinos, Medici vs Strozzi, YS. They are all pretty poorly rated on BGG, but I think they are all awesome designs.

That’s the Can’t Stop version my parents had when I was a kid. Neat to see that again!!!!

Surprised that Trans-Siberian Railroad was your first rail cubes game! It's such a gem. I wish my gaming group had the same passion for train games as you and I do.

I can think of 3 games offhand that this channel has turned me on to:
    -Passing through Petra
    -Animals Gathering
    -Finca
(Would love to see a play-through-with-friends for Finca.)

Dual Gauge is also an interesting experience as it is eminentlt playable solo. There is only one auction at the very beginning, which is usually a stumbling point for rail games. I often do this auction using dice and assign myself a company in the same way. From thereon you just play your best move for each player

As the shipping costs for Spring Cleaning came up, I just wanted to ask again: have you considered releasing a Print and Play for it? I really think that would be a great solution as a deck of cards and some tokens is very doable and it would bring a whole new group of people in contact with the game if you'd sell it on PNP arcade or something. I've really enjoyed my plays on BGA so far and would love to get a physical copy, but yeah, 35-40 bucks is a little costly.
