Right like I’ve played guitar for a few years and still have to lookup any song I wanna play. I don’t understand how you can just hear a sound and know the EXACT chord to play. There’s too many variables. Makes no sense to me 😂 Then again, I’m self-taught through UA-cam (when Covid started, I started) and haven’t bothered to learn sheet music. I’ve only learned through tutorials and basic guitar tabs. Can you tell me how to do it? I’m jealous
Sam is 20. Picked up a guitar just a few years ago. He is just a God loving nice guy from a small town in Missouri with a population of like 20 people.
My dad passed away last sunday and he used to do what you do with playing the song with nothing but hearing it for a couple seconds, thinking of him and you're great man.
Happy to see you did Sam. Came across him a little while back, and I have him now on my repeat. This song is just really simple but really speaks to you. It’s hard to make it on my “everyday” playlist I’ll say (loaded with Zach Bryan, Tyler Childers, Tanner Usrey, etc) and after hearing this song I immediately added it. Keep it up Fisch!
Man I love this song. I told my cousin about this song a couple days before he passed and I wish nothing but for him to hear this and still be with us.
was fully expecting just a straight reaction vid bc ive never been here b4 and i was shocked when he started breaking it down. not into music like that but i love watching it so far
Great reaction. I love when you use the guitars to show the picking and strumming. A great artist you should check out is Aidan Canfield. He's got a song called Technicolor. It's amazing. Another great artist is Noah Kahan. Kind of country-adjacent. Stick Season and Orange Juice are the best by him.
honestly dude i feel like i gotta apologize ive been watching ur videos for a long time since like before you reacted to tyler childers for the first time. and i realized i never subscribed. so i just wanted to thank you for the videos man the wholesome content and ur happy attitude helped me through some tough times appreciate you
I'm just getting into country. Always hatedddd it so much. But i'm loving it and appreciating it now. And I just found your channel. I love it. You're very talented and underrated. Keep doing you man. Love it.
Yes you taught me something. I've never played power C or G with 2 fingers always 3. Much easier with 2 especially to get to Em. I ❤ learning new styles. Great lesson/reaction.✌
Musically inclined people are just a different breed haha. Bro listened to the cords basically one time and played it back for us in 1 minute. Insanity in of itself.
When you talk about him getting louder, it makes me think of Bailey Zimmerman when he can go loud, change tempo, and bring it back down in one breath while abusing that crazy subtle vibrato.
@@Reel-Adventures for sure! If I remember correctly, I think he turned 20 a few months ago. He’s definitely one of my favorite artists right now, amazing singer-songwriter!
You absolutely need to check out Benjamin Tod! If your are a fan of songwriting. He is the best songwriter alive. And second best of all time behind Townes of course. In my opinion. I enjoy your videos brother!
@Fischtank Productions Cool brother. I'll be there next Monday! You being a rock guy his picking is probably not that impressive to you. But if you did a deep dive on his lyrics I firmly believe you'd realize his songwriting is on another level. Check out "Using Again".
Could you please react to Bailey Zimmerman’s song you don’t want that smoke it’s from his new album he released today and it’s so good. But Sam Barber has another really good song called ghost town
I think you would enjoy the music that Shane Smith and the Saints put out. They're another not country, not folk, not alt rock, mixed with some Celtic. But they're all fantastic musicians. Especially their fiddle player
Always so cool how you can listen for 5 seconds and just get to playing
“Something like that! So.. let’s go!” After figuring it out and playing it damn near perfect in under a minute, blows my mind every time

Shit makes you think can do it too, at the end Im standing in the kitchen throwing spoons all over the place
Yeah that was very impressive
Fuckin cool talent
Again, the chord breakdown is something I’ve only seen you do and we love it
palmisano (sp) does it as well , and it amazes me every time.

This is definitely a song he should make a video on!
My dad passed away last sunday and he used to do what you do with playing the song with nothing but hearing it for a couple seconds, thinking of him and you're great man.
Man it was so impressive watching you pick the song apart lyrically and instrumentally. That was awesome

My guy, you are on it. Continuous awesome content. This is pure substance brother.

I play chords really weird. Nothing traditional about the way I play lol.
@@FischtankProductions Hey....obviously it's working!
Musically inclined people are just a different breed haha. Bro listened to the cords basically one time and played it back for us in 1 minute. Insanity in of itself.

You've got to listen to "Run Away High" by Sam Barber. Been an everyday listen for the last year or so

I love this genre of country... coming from a hip hop head
There's a hint of the Kings of Leon in his voice as well.

Crazy took him five seconds to learn it and it took me 5 hours to play it slowly😭
Gotta review his new album. Best of the year
When you talk about him getting louder, it makes me think of Bailey Zimmerman when he can go loud, change tempo, and bring it back down in one breath while abusing that crazy subtle vibrato.

@@JudeStradtner wow! Thanks for correcting me . I wasn’t sure , just what I had been told by someone else . Does not make it any less impressive .
