A recipe my Italian grandmother taught me was to blanch broccoli and the cook the spaghetti in that water, while the pasta is cooking, saute garlic in olive oil add anchovies and the broccoli and a bit of tomato this makes a sauce to put over the spaghetti.

I think that this video means that I should really try takikomi-gohan. I went to my hometown and I saw kabocha and Japanese sweet potatoes! My hometown is only about 300,000 people so I guess many other people can find those ingredients easily.

At dawn time~colorful bell peppers make both-eyes happier. so cooking teachers say
    「for color」.
Tube type butter is really great!
I only have used plastic bag type (it packaged respectively) strawberry jam. After tube type garlic and ginger, butter one launched?! Japan is really quick with advanced technology. I should go once to buy three of them. at least. In Japan what I want shopping the most is actually fabric_clothing_cloth.
Your chicken is always tempting because there is no fat and surface. In addition it is always adding addictive sauce. I hope too I become trying out. I donot get along well with chicken since I was born. I really changed mind about chicken. The price is economical one of meat and can be consumed high protein. I will feed my child a lot with the balance of important fish, beef and of course pork.
I know the fish cod. It's flesh(?or fillet) is full white. So why it is one of fishes I am excited eating.
I donot eat any fish-roe though.
: Just for studying abroad cooking.
I can add another one and will make the bento trying to imitate.
❤Thanks for all hard work teaching on line. I wish the day come early that I enroll membership to learn in depth and leave photo after trying each.

Very nice as always, Sayaka! The blow torch is great and cheap in a one-coin shop. Also for tataki style dishes. Burnt rice is also very tasty and I love salted kombu. Tammy below mentioned salty anchovies, it is also very good with spaghetti or green leaf salad. They melt quickly in hot olive oil. And mentaiko is king! Unfortunately impossible to buy in Romania. I have tried canned and frozen, but was always disappointed, it should be fresh like I had very often during my years in Fukuoka.

Yea! Mentaiko in Fukuoka is the best! I wish you could have them in Romania too.
