@@thataarini it took four months! I honestly have been doing intermittent fasting (16:8) at the same time. For example, my meal time is from 11:30 - 19:30. During this time, I honestly had what i wanted to eat such as pizza. But not that much! And my workout video is Eleni fit like 90%! ☺️ sometimes I searched others like miziworkout (korean youtuber) , but eleni fit is the best, which is so fun and dynamic.
This is really an effective workout for beginners. The movements are easy to perform but also very tiring, after nearly 40 minutes of practice I had to breathe through my ears, but that proves that this workout really works for me.

I like the whole 30 mins devoted to the session with warm up and cool down as extras to the 30 mins. That way I can do one half hour session from something else and go straight into the session without having to do the warm up.
