I’ve made this twice now and I love it. I make my own oat milk by just stick blending oats and water so that I can control what goes into my soap more.
This is beautiful.. i will be making an unscented oatmilk soap this weekend.. and the addition of these clays would be just perfect ❤️ thank you Anne Marie 💕
Neapolitan is exactly what I was thinking. I just did my very first batch of CP soap and I need a few more under my belt before trying this one, but it will definitely be on my list. I use oat milk for my cereal, so it's something always on hand. My next one is going to be the 100% castile (olive oil) and sea salt bar from your book, "Pure Soap-making." The olive oil / sea salt should be easier than the first batch I did though. I used babassu (10.5 oz), olive pomace (10.5 oz), palm (10.5 oz), and castor (3.5 oz) and a 5% superfat with a single clean cotton type scent. I was extremely happy with how it turned out. Small, tight, silky bubbles, but large quantity of said bubbles. The scent did start to rice the batter a little, but somehow the soap turned out beautifully. I was worried for a couple days before unmolding, but did a dance when it came out beautiful.
Beautiful project! I made this soap from the recipe on the BB website more than a year ago, and was so happy with the way it turned out. The texture of the bars was lovely (so smooth and creamy!), and the fragrance oil was a perfect match. It's a light scent, not overpowering at all. I don't think I put the loaf into the freezer (ha, no room in there!) but probably refrigerated it for a few hours.
Love this one. I just made my first oatmeal soap for babies from your book it turned out amazing 🤩 I’m hoping it will help with my grandkids sensitive skin. Thank you! I’m so hooked and can’t wait to make my next batch 😍
1) Hi, I couldn't understand the end of this video as English is not my mother tongue. So plz tell me that should we keep this mixture in the freezer? Or shall we keep it outside? 2) After how many days do we need to remove the soap from the mold?
www.soapqueen.com/bath-and-body-tutorials/tips-and-tricks/how-to-use-clay-in-bath-beauty-projects/ There is a comment on this article that answers your question. I had the same question! -Kelsey with Bramble Berry said: You can mix the clay with a hydrosol or witch hazel. It may accelerate or do other odd things in the soap, so you may want to make a small test batch to see how it performs. If it’s moving too fast, you can use distilled water instead. As for the water discount, if you add a fairly small amount to the clay - less than an ounce or so - it shouldn’t affect the batch too much. The clay absorbs a lot of that liquid so you don’t end up adding a lot. If you’re adding a few ounces, you can discount that from your main batch so it doesn’t get too wet. I noticed that some of my soap gets yellow spots on the white soaps. How do I avoid that?

Can you use clays in melt and pour soaps?
This is great!!

2) After how many days do we need to remove the soap from the mold?
Can I use powdered oat milk by mixing it with my water or my oils
Does it matter how much clay I use, I ask because I tent to use at minimum 1 tablespoons for each pound
I'm curious too, but it looked like one TBS each that she used. I could be wrong though.
How do y'all deal with the bowing that happens with this mold?
Can you show more recipe designs using discoloring fragrances?
12:29 So pretty or should I say :
"SOAP READY ".
Is this soap good for moisturizing sensitive and dry skin?
Yes! And good for all skin types!
@@bramble-berry Are clay type ingredients good for sensitive skin?
Did you also discount for the water added to the clays?

@@ladybug6450 thank you!
I don’t like to use castor and palm oil in my soaps, can I substitute them with shea and mango butter/oil please advise thanks
castor is pretty important for bubbles but butters are good to replace palm
@@asiaspyro thanks
Can I sub Shea butter for palm oil?
Its looks like a dessert i would bite in it 😂
It’s interesting that some people pronounce it “mElk” while others pronounce it “mIlk” how do you pronounce it with and E or an I?
