thx for video - do you know what type documents i should be able to use? i am opening a pdf and though it's connected via bluetooth, it does nothing. there is no customer support # or website or social page i can find to ask the manufacturer a question. thank you
Hello, try restarting both devices and make the connection on bluetooth again. You can control PDF documents and gallery images on phones, tablets/iPad devices.
Bluetooth on both devices seems to be working. I have a solid blue light on Playwell Cube Turner And iPad shows it as connected. Still nothing. My switch on the back is ISO Mode .
NIce pedal, but does not work with all Android Tablet. Just search for CubeTurner issues on YT and you can see it. CUVAVE also has no clue how to solve it since years...

Does this work with iPad pro 1st gen, software version 15.4.1?
The device connects through bluetooth so it should work just fine with whichever device it is connecting too.
