I just tape meditation on UA-cam because in my project for my PhD, I have to do some researches about « meditation ».
And first of all, I just click on this page. And I saw this.
I respect all of religions in this world and any ideology or concept but I always and will always stay neutral. Belonging to religion whether Buddhism or other and the same in politics : right or left or liberal etc and any ideology or concept : philosophy etc are not my cup of tea.
But I like learning and understanding how this knowledge works.
And in this topic « impermanence » and in my experience, I love the change because for growing I think it’s the best part and actually kind of positive for me . . .

Buddhism says that there are forces of nature, but nature is also unde Allah created everything and shaped it. There is an endless order and harmony in the universe. It is Allah who created these. Islam says that Allah is one and has an infinite power. In Islam, we pray to Allah through worship such as prayer and fasting. We are getting closer to God and the one who prays finds peace. It is Allah who answers prayers.

The easiest way to do Vipasana is to sense the changing of mind fast enough. Meditation is only need when the mind is unable to sense anything clearly anymore.
For example: the frustration disapears after the mind sense it. the frustration will be replaced by the knowing mind. After this, the knowing mind can also be replaced with a Like or a dislike but this too will replaced by another knowing mind. It can be distraction or whatever thought that appear between the knowing mind but the point is to have the knowing mind. what the mind knows is nothing but just another result of thinking.
The knowing mind will be appearing faster and faster and in the end the mind can only sense how mind after mind being replaced endlessly and the mind won't be able to translate what it sense anymore since in this state there's no any language at all but a pure Dhamma. It's just a something that being there but disapear imediately to the point that the mind can't even translate it.

People are not able to believe in the concept of love, because of the fear of thinking that nothing is permanent, our heart and mind is made to understand love, no meditation needed, 1 year old can understand, 80 year old can understand, just by a 5 min video you can't make us a monk and give us the power to understand such deep thoughts, better to leave us understanding love

I am from Europe and very new to Buddhism but I want to learn everything about it. There is one thought that still keeps me away from understanding the principle of impermanence. Please help me to recognize what exaclty my mistake of thinking is: if I did something yesterday (irrelevant of wheter it was something good, bad or neutral), this deed will forever be a part of my past. The past cannot be changed. This deed will eternally be the deed that I did on that day in that hour. Forever. Because of that thought to me it seems rather everything than nothing is permanent.
Where is my mistake of thinking?
