Yeah!! Byleth!! I main Byleth, always happy to see anyone that's good at the game picking them up and doing those nice plays! That thing you said about their 2 hit combos being enough is extremely truth, they're all kill confirms deep inside, with varying ranges and frame data and when they don't kill, they put the opponent in a position where they're set up to lose if you don't mess it up. There's also a fact that I haven't seen anyone talking about is how good this character is off stage, they feel like if Bowser, DK or Ike had good recoveries, all of these characters need only one hit off stage and you're dead, but they're recoveries hold them back. In comes Byleth, that not only can go super deep and can mix up the recovery, she has better frame data and just as much kill power. I genuinely think Byleth is the best (or tied for the best) offstage character in the game, and players like you who are extremely aggressive offstage can take the most out of it. People say Byleth's disadvantage is bad but it's not, all you have to do is drift offstage and try to grab the ledge instead of landing, if you can bait your opponent to go after you offstage, it's super easy to reverse your disadvantage.
I get where you’re coming from with the offstage thing, but that’s only in matchups where you can’t counterplay Byleth offstage. I main Sheik and there is no way Byleth is tied with Sheik offstage, I win a lot lf interactions offstage v Byleth, and I personally think Sheik is a contender for top 5 edgeguarding.
I really like the idea you put into this video compare to the mewtwo. I learn the process of picking up a character and become good with it. Now I have a foundation to go with. Thank you for the content and the guide to success.
amazing series, combines the knowledge of ur expirence with the great post analysis, keeping things smooth and fun with the editing. KEEP UP THE AMAZING STUFF LAD
Awesome video! Congrats on the tournament win! That last set with Kazuya looked really intense! I am really enjoying these challenges of choosing a character you are not as familiar with and training for a tournament. The analysis is really interesting! It is cool to see your thought process when adapting with that new character. Honestly, I'd love to see love to see another one with a character on the lower tier side of things like Pirahna Plant.
seeing your ridley would be awesome and he seems like another good character for a 3 day challenge like byleth, relies on fundamentals and spacing but has some sauce and cheese as well
I love these videos!! The longer format gives time for us to see the progression up to your finish and that's really awesome. It also gives us a pattern to follow when we're learning new characters.
Let's go you won with my 2 favorite characters!! (Mewtwo and Byleth, even though I prefer male Byleth it still counts) Looks like it's already been requested since it was on the poll, but I'd like to see (Dark) Pit next, another fundies-based characters but also with a lot of room for cool plays, combos and schnipes :)
My friend Saber is a new Byleth main. And I think this video may give him perspective of ways to move more and understand byleth better. Awesome video Sillin
Great pick, great tips, great matches, and an excellent tourney👍 I didn't expected more Byleth content 'cause you already done the GSP episode, but hey, happy to see this 😃
I'd really like Pikachu to be next (or at least an 11M GSP episode) While a lot of peolpe say it's one of the easier characters to pick up, I think it's one of the hardest to do well with against high level oponents I think it would be interesting to see how you make use of his combo and edguarding tools as well as the process of learning him Keep this series going! These videos are amazing
You're so comfortable offstage with Link that I would love to see you dance around offstage with Ridley. I think you could minimize his weaknesses and maximize his strengths for both solid gameplay and also hilarious interactions.
Another great video! Love this series a lot. Since you seem so great at adapting to characters play styles I would be very curious to see how you would do with Shulk. Keep up the great work!
Great video sillintor! I was very pleased with that win! You’re in incredible player. I really like byleth as a character. I’m a link main and byleth just fits my playstyle well I think. They’re very different but for some reason they both just feel really good to play. My pick for the next 3 day is mii brawler :)
That really was awesome ! I would personnaly love to see you playing Cloud, i think he's a really cool character and he's got the two-three hit nice combos, the limit edgeguard and recovery mixup and stuff and i think it would suit you really well
I think that Lucas was definitely practicing the new tech, he was the prime example to display all its potential plus he escaped that grab at the end barely to get the forward air on you. You're normally the one smooving on people even with slow Link, so I'm guessing it had to be that. Nice win on this tournament btw!
Hey! Great video and congrats for the tournament, you played very well. Maybe zss for the next? I think she has the potential for a good tounament, even if she sux
I'd love to see this become an idea where you branch out into playing a new character from a different series for each of the 3 day challenges. So far Castlevania, Pokemon, and Fire Emblem. Would love to see what would happen with Shulk or maybe even see if you can make Sonic look hype..
Love your vids and your meme editing! May I provide some feedback though? I feel your recent videos are a bit overeditted which takes away from the gameplay. Either way keep it up!
As a byleth main I can't help but notice, how are your inputs and movement so fast and precise?! Like I swear his byleth initial dash is way faster than mine! But how? Is it just practice or better controller? Whatever it is that shit is so satisfying to watch! Imma go practice more tomorrow!
As somebody who’s just trying to get byleth in elite smash I really enjoyed this video. Byleth’s theme is my favorite in the game but I main Sephiroth. Sephiroth should be next !
Byleth is a fun character, I co main byleth while my day 1 main has been inkling. I play byleth in matchups that is bad for inkling or matchups I don’t like with inkling. I also secondary terry because Iv always loved his character and got hyped on his release. Yes byleth can be cheesy and stupid but you need to know what your doing otherwise this character will succumb to its weaknesses.
Thank you all for the suggestions on the 3-Day Mewtwo Challenge!
If this video performs well we are gonna go for another character to practice!
make zss please!!! :D
To have opponent priority over the stage you have to hold down.
Pls Rosalina for the next 3-Day challenge
maybe steve? ik he sucks to play against but good steves are super fun to watch
I‘d love rosa
25:25 the music build up and then drop on the final kill was a very nice touch in the editing 👌
👨🍳💋

puff offstage > byleth off stage

Facts. You so much as knock someone offstage with a liner recovery, there’s nothing they can do.
I really like the idea you put into this video compare to the mewtwo. I learn the process of picking up a character and become good with it. Now I have a foundation to go with. Thank you for the content and the guide to success.

Thanks a lot man! Glad you enjoyed it!
HARRY
I made it in the vid letss gooo I was the duck hunt that you sniped :)
I'm a bit biased, since I main him, but I'd love to see how you do with Greninja. He's hard to learn and play well, but I think you can do it
Same here
22:46 This transition was so clean my house is sparkling
Awesome video! Congrats on the tournament win! That last set with Kazuya looked really intense!

25:24 the music sync was actually really good

I really appreciate the music editing. Using the opponents' themes until you hit GF didn't go unnoticed.
Congrats on the win.

I literally brought just Byleth the other day and it’s the best character in smash for me. Well done
Dude you're freaking amazing. Great content
My friend Saber is a new Byleth main. And I think this video may give him perspective of ways to move more and understand byleth better. Awesome video Sillin
This is the first video of this series I’ve seen of yours. I loved it! Gonna go watch your other ones and I hope you keep doing them!
20:13 Byleth's new victory theme. xD
Those damn sd's though lmao.
COngratz!
Great pick, great tips, great matches, and an excellent tourney👍
I didn't expected more Byleth content 'cause you already done the GSP episode, but hey, happy to see this 😃
That lucas practicing slingshot at the beginning was pretty sick
Love the idea of putting in snippets of commentary to explain strategies or stuff you were thinking during the match
Congrats my man!! I really want to pick up byleth myself for a secondary or even a main. This character is so much fun 🤩
I'd really like Pikachu to be next (or at least an 11M GSP episode)
While a lot of peolpe say it's one of the easier characters to pick up, I think it's one of the hardest to do well with against high level oponents

Keep this series going! These videos are amazing
I think a 3 day Cloud challenge would be very entertaining to watch.
The Lucas from the first game actually has his own YT channel lol. You evolved to beat him at the end Sillintor.
he already knew how to destroy me before, byleth was just new to him 😞lmfaoo
Love your content.
Ganondorf next, maybe?
(Doriyah)
Second the doriyah
You're so comfortable offstage with Link that I would love to see you dance around offstage with Ridley. I think you could minimize his weaknesses and maximize his strengths for both solid gameplay and also hilarious interactions.
Your spacing was so clean. Not surprised you came away with the W!
Another great video! Love this series a lot. Since you seem so great at adapting to characters play styles I would be very curious to see how you would do with Shulk. Keep up the great work!
Great video sillintor! I was very pleased with that win! You’re in incredible player.

My pick for the next 3 day is mii brawler :)
This is really interesting and cool havent played you in bit improved lot cant wait to play you again hopefully soon
Love this series. Great to see a glimpse into your mindset and watch that progress. Let's see your pokemon trainer.
I love so much how you win this tournament man, good run!
I need to see Hero for the next 3 days episode
it's so fun to root for you in these things! you're a beast at smash and I learn a lot watching your vids
That really was awesome ! I would personnaly love to see you playing Cloud, i think he's a really cool character and he's got the two-three hit nice combos, the limit edgeguard and recovery mixup and stuff and i think it would suit you really well

Nice win on this tournament btw!
Gaaaa i played him before that
Hey! Great video and congrats for the tournament, you played very well.
Maybe zss for the next? I think she has the potential for a good tounament, even if she sux
I just have to say that your edits are some of the funniest I’ve seen. Thank you for it.
That was dam good! Was routing for you! GGs!
You make Byleth look so insane dude. Holy cow what a tourney. Might have to try this character out.
Big fan here. And a byleth main. Love to see it. 1 character that I think is hard to pick up is greninja. We'd like to see that one
I'd love to see this become an idea where you branch out into playing a new character from a different series for each of the 3 day challenges.
So far Castlevania, Pokemon, and Fire Emblem. Would love to see what would happen with Shulk or maybe even see if you can make Sonic look hype..
The best tech chase move she/he has is definitely arrow. Unless the stay flat it'll hit out of roll either direction and on the get up hit too
Love these vids/ challenges! Keep it up!
Byleth looks like an awesome character. I haven't seen any play from this character. I'm going to have to watch MK play this now.
these videos are sick man. great job
15:22 100 Gecs reference flew right over Sillin’s head
Joker next would be sick, he's definitely got some sauce to work with and I think you could do well with him
the ending music match was sublime. Thank you man
Great video as always! I would like to see a Bowser episode!
Yo! I see the growth of the channel bro congrats on the ¡win!
3:31 oof
"People make mistakes and we take those"
Words to live by
Great video! Looking forward to the next one!
Id love to see like one of those obscure midtiers like either pits, metaknight, etc
Love your vids and your meme editing! May I provide some feedback though? I feel your recent videos are a bit overeditted which takes away from the gameplay. Either way keep it up!
Pokemon trainer would be fun to see🤠& Congrats on the W!
You should do all around low tier character, like K Rool, for these 3 day challenges... give yourself an even harder challenge!
Amazing content! Love you Sillintor
As a byleth main I can't help but notice, how are your inputs and movement so fast and precise?! Like I swear his byleth initial dash is way faster than mine! But how? Is it just practice or better controller? Whatever it is that shit is so satisfying to watch! Imma go practice more tomorrow!
GGs brotha 👏🏼
Everyone wants to see you do their mains, so I'll follow suit! I'd love to see how you handle Samus or Falco!
i got goosebumps at the final hit. WP Sillin
last set had me on the edge of my seat and that vocal edit, smoooooth. Nice work on your tourney win!
That final stock was lit, Sillin for the win
As somebody who’s just trying to get byleth in elite smash I really enjoyed this video. Byleth’s theme is my favorite in the game but I main Sephiroth. Sephiroth should be next !
i mean sephi is already pretty much his secondary. i think he might have already done a tournament with him if you look through his videos
For your next one, Pit or Pichu would be lots of fun to see!
You should play with the rat... Pikachu lol... Think gonna be funny
That Lucas was moving like that because of the new tech that The video game professor just put out. Slingshot, it’s changing the meta
No i moved like that for a long time but only since a few months ago ive been starting to try and use it right and not just focus on it
Training mode day could be its own video. For us that struggle doing homework
Goddamn you are really good and flashy with Byleth. I think you can use her as a backup character instead of Sephiroth
8:49 that mario was the best mario in spain and 23th in spain
That Lucas puts crack in his oatmeal every morning
Byleth is a fun character, I co main byleth while my day 1 main has been inkling. I play byleth in matchups that is bad for inkling or matchups I don’t like with inkling. I also secondary terry because Iv always loved his character and got hyped on his release. Yes byleth can be cheesy and stupid but you need to know what your doing otherwise this character will succumb to its weaknesses.
does anyone know the theme that played when matching with STEVE?
People of the Marketplace from Fire Emblem Three Houses
up prioritises on you instead of your opponent so when your of ledge you have a 1 sec window until it will mostly up on ledge instead of your opponent
I want to see your 3 day pit and how it would do in the tourney, I think it would be really cool!
I love how only one note is required to recognize the Ultra Instinct sound but.
Wow, I’ve spent HOURS with byleth and you… absolutely do WAAAYYY more than I have ever done. Bravo Silly, Bravo good sir
If you do another one you better do piranha plant
Prepared for FE three hopes
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS I REMEMBER THE LIVES
sillin took an L at 0:51 already off to a rocky start
The early, inner dialogue powered up the later, anime win
This is actually what I used to do at offline tournaments as well when I was behind. Instead of fearing to lose, you can push yourself to get that W
The EXTREME Ironman Challenge..... win a TOURNAMENT with every character without losing one in the process lmao
These videos are always so fun
Bravo, bravo, bra-VO!! That was amazing!!
man i cant wait to get smash byleth looks super fun
Do Shulk since he was the first character to take a game off you
Ok you might be thinking what’s better than having good fundies and sick tech, why not just be incredibly lucky??? HERO TOURNY!
I love this guy so much, with that said, Byleth makes me so mad to play against lol
That's help me, ty Sillin 🎉
That final was so hype
I'd love to see a day 3 challenge with Terry
I really enjoy watching and playing Byleth
16:11 straight out of an anime
You should do shulk next!
Yo Snoepiflax lmaooooooo
This Lucas was LIT
