The scene where all the angels bow down to Lucifer hits so hard
I thought the demons bowing hit hard for me. The angels just kinda threw me through a brick wall then demolished the entire building on top.

Season 5B was a rollercoaster of emotions, and I love these words:
"The darker the darkness, the brigther the light"
"My son, the lightbringer, so full of light."
The "they're will be light" in the final of the season 2. Lucifer said those words to her mom
So full of light... that it blinds even you sometimes.
That "I'm proud of you son" hit me hard. This was a outstanding second half. Great story. I'm so glad we got to see it.

scenes as well. His interactions with "Dad" were well-chosen; the emotions portrayed by both Lucifer and
Dad were some of the rawest ones yet. I loved the scene where God finally said, "I love you, Son. and I am
so proud of the man you've become"... the very words God Johnson said that Lucifer said he'd wish his father
would say; but he didn't think he'd ever hear them from him (or words similar). Wonderfully strong and so

WOW - what an amazing vid. So powerful directed, with a very different view on S5b than all the other editors had till now - even though also a lot of their vids are stunning. But you show us a focus that is far more than „only“ the romantic one. Your vid make it clear that everyone has grown in their relationships over the time - and that Lucifer is able to not only be aware that he can love (first of all Chloe, but also his father), but also is able to change his reason for becoming God from an egocentric one to one for a greater good.
That is the main reason I love this series so much: it’s so complex in its themes, you can watch the episodes several times and always find a new point of view...
For me S5b is the best season so far, because it has everything that I love „Lucifer“ for: lightness and laughter and darkness and crying...
BTW my favorite of S5b is the musical episode and my favorite song is „I dreamed a dream“ from „ Les Miserables“ - all the pain Tom Ellis was able to create in his singing was heartbreaking....

Great job as wonderfully beautiful as this is. I knew i'd cry in 5b but not this much. i was a wreck during trixie's scene when Dan dies and she turns to Luccifer knowing he'd never lie to her - broke my heart.
And it's ending on "oh my ME" was priceless lucifer.
Looking forward to many more videos and discussions as we await the final season.
Thank you! Oh yes... I tried to hold back tears, but completely broke down when Trixie walked in. That was probably the most heartbreaking scene in Lucifer along with Charlotte's death. I have a feeling Dan and Charlotte will get a happy ending in heaven. I hope S6 has some happiness and not a heartbreaking ending...
The ending to this scene is a contrary to the ending of season 4 where all the demons bow to his form and leave

Amenadiel broke my heart when he offered up his immortality so Charlie would never have to know pain, sickness, or death. That was one part of the 5B I wish they'd went the other way on. I'm *so* glad that Maze and Eve are together, and Maze grew a soul. It was hilarious seeing Maze hand Amendiel that puppy she hated herself not being able to evicerate, and it promptly peeing on him,lol. Bawled my eyes out watching Trixie being told that Dan didn't make It, going through the same type of tragedy her mom went through when she lost *her* dad.She(Trixie) is right at the age where the brain allows the thought process to make death permanent in their minds. Prior to that, they don't quite get the concept of someone 'never coming back'. I think that even though Chloe had no formal training in grief counseling for kids, she sure did handle it like a professional would.You don't say 'daddy went to live in heaven', or 'daddy's with the angels', or, dear God this is one of my *most* irksome responses, especially for a child for whom death is not yet permeant in their psyche "He's just sleeping". That last one irks me most bc it can make a child put 2 and 2 together and get 5...they think 'well, if that person went to sleep and didn't wake up, what's going to happen to me next time *I* go to sleep?'. The best response to a child expressing fear of death came from a foreword of a psych book I read. It was from a doctor who was a pediatric oncologist. A seven year old patient told him she was scared she wouldn't wake up...he told her "Sally, as long as you're alive, I *promise* you you'll always wake up". it sated her fear by keeping her in the moment, and not making promises he couldn't keep to her.
The last part that made me cry was Lucifer being greeted by Azrael, and a moment of joy at seeing his little sister turns to tragedy and anguish when she apologizes...it dawns on him that she's there in her official compacity. Him running over to Chloe, 'saying 'no, no, no' and 'I'm sorry' and 'it's all my fault'...I honestly believe that had he not been able to retrieve her and bring her back, he would've went to such a dark place psychologically that even someone as talented in administering mental health as Dr.Linda wouldn't have been able to help him. I think, he would have found a way to kill himself while still preserving his body, just so he would get sent to Hell, bc he believed he deserved it. Maze's Hell loop would've been breaking Eve's heart over and over again in that hospital room....Lucifer's would have been seeing Chloe die bc of his self perceived lack of competience and inadequacy to keep her safe, over and over....I think this would've easily trumped the shame and self guilt he felt when he had to kill Uriel to save Mum and Chloe.
Literally every video of yours is equally beautiful and special!! Loved this one so much it was full of emotions just as season 5b.

I love these videos and I love this TV series, it literally puts hairs on the back of your neck. The way the series was created and the acting, so well played out, it makes you believe that celestial beings can be just as human as you or I!!
Incredible edit as always. Absolutely love this. This season wasn’t quite what I expected, but in no means is that a negative. I had tried to steer clear of spoilers, so everything was pretty much a surprise for the most part. It was an incredibly emotional second half, and you captioned so many of those wonderful moments. ❤️
