You got it exactly right ... These somehow learn and get much nicer after 300m (both pre and post update). What impressed me the most w the update was the slow speed lugging is gone and engine runs higher up thru the revs if you get on it

There is a service bulletin. the actual update It’s done through digital wrench. If they don’t know tell them to call ask polaris. it’s a heck of a process to update it

thank you, my parents just bought a used 2020 and the shifting is terrible. I called my local dealer and they do not know anything about this.
