I got a pair of minimalist shoes a few months ago and switching from adidas ultra boost I can tell you you'll feel muscles you never know you had after a short walk. In addition to everything said in the Video i noticed my calves were getting way bigger and i was getting nasty calf pumps while going on regular walks without running or even thinking about sprinting haha. I can only recommend getting a normal looking minimalist shoe on sale since they are quite costly, I find them way more comfortable for everyday use than my ultra boosts especially when standing still for longer amounts of time once you get used to the feel, which might take a couple of weeks. Great reviews btw, bought the kaiser 5 recently due to my wide feet and safe to say your videos were way more helpful then the workers inside the adidas and puma headquarters which i live quite close to. Greetings from Germany! Edit: If you cant afford minimalist shoes try getting wide crocs or clogs of any kind or just walk barefoot at home
Boots should at least have wide natural shaped toe boxes. My kid wears minimalist shoes and when he decided to take up football we can't get him any boots that fit him
Update: I walked 13.7 miles in my barefoot shoes 2 days ago and my legs are still killing me (I am a 5'8" guy weighing 103 kgs😅). I think I overdid it 😅😅😂😂😂
Hey bro, I know this question is kind of unrelated to this video but thought maybe I wouldn't get a reply if I asked this question from an older video. I recently went to my local football boots store and I was looking for some turf shoes and I normally try UK9/EU43 with Mizuno Morelia Neos and I was trying the fit for the Mizuno Sala. I recently tried the UK8.5/EU42.5 for the Mizuno Salas and I thought it was perfect with the toe box with very minimal space however it was a bit tight on the width. Would you recommend that I go up a size or shall I just order the UK8.5 because it may stretch on the width of the boot? They didn't have a size 9 for me to check with hence why I'm here asking the expert haha
Not many footballers review this kinda stuff man I like your work.Keep going.

If you mean cleats with a wide toebox, check naturathletics (sadly there's only one model and it's ag I think). Price about $150
They do
Which ones
I think we’ll definitely see some innovative models released over the next few years.

@@upper90football_ thanks man ! But next time I will aim for 10kms, 22 kms (which is 13.7 miles apporox) is too much in my current stage 😅😂
I wear barefoot shoes 50% of the time. Especially when I go on long walks.
Hay can you create a video on "Nivia shastra" best it's cheaper then nike club shoes and I thinks it's better then clubs plz make a video on that ❤
