- This is a comparison at closer ranges of the HikMicro Alpex 4K LRF and the Arken Zulus night vision scopes.
The Alpex was using a generic 50mm LED IR illuminator.
Zulus is using it's inbuilt VCSEL Laser IR on full power.
Standard winter UK conditions, winter 12PM - Jan 2024
Both models available from below links.

The Alpex seems better for sure, but it's difficult to tell how much because the Zulus was shaking too much.
Thanks for posting this! Can you do a daytime comparison? Also, can you ship the Alpex to the United States?
Comparing apples with oranges. Zulus is half the resolution, Half the size and half the weight of the Alpex. Not to mention £300 cheaper.
Zulus for me all day long
The Alpex has larger higher resolution eye display and larger faster lens, so YES it is comparing apples to oranges...
What caliber of mnepmatic ammo do you use?
This Doesn't really tell us anything, you could be using a better torch to make it look better. Very misleading.
Nice vid ian, theres no comparison, would like to see hik do an alpex with 6x base mag
We want to see Alpex LRF 4k vs Alpex A50T

No Hikmicro love in the United States so Zulus it is.
The Zulus is a great little product . I can only share real time footage.
I get it. I am hoping AGM will release the Hik. I like the lower magnification. What's the upper end of it? No pip?
Goes right upto 28x mag @@301NightCrew
Your arken is broken. Looks like you have a moth taped to the end of your scope. My arken is incredibly clear.
£850 scope vs a £560 🤷♂
Whats that got to do with it ? They are totally different specification, one has a large OLED display, UHD sensor, large faster aperture lens, inbuilt battery system and the other doesn't . Both great products but your not comparing apples to apples are you...
@@blackwoodoutdoors no you don't say would never of guessed thanks for letting me know
So there not the same are they ? Totally different internals, sensor, display and build @@WeihrauchShooter
@@blackwoodoutdoors i know that's my point why compare them
