They're both the same idea, just a different form factor. If you have fish that like to steal food from the corals, then a pellet like this may not be the best choice.
LPS stands for "Large Polyp Stony" corals. It's more of a hobby term vs a scientific one. Other coral categories would include soft corals and SPS (Small Polyp Stony).

Reef roids with polyp booster is a really good combo for coral growth as well , much better in my opinion
reef roids is powdered. this is pellets. LPS like scoly, acans, cynarina benefits with FM pellets. Reef roids is good for SPS and softies.
When feeding large LPS (something like wells brain that measures 7" wide), how many of the large pellets would you give in a single feeding?

Her mispronounciations of scolly and zooplankton makes it seem like she's reading que cards and is not an actual reefer.
Welso's were reclassified more than a decade ago. Not trying to pile on, but this does give me some pause.
