Radel Taalmala LT-15 Analog Electronic Tabla

The Taalmala LT-15 Electronic Tabla was built in the 80ies by Radel System of Bangalore, India.
The vintage drum-machine is all analog. It has 15 preset rhythms, that can be changed in Tempo and Pitch. No midi. But built-in speakers!
The 7V's unit is like new, came to the studio in mysterious ways ... maybe good, electronic Karma was the reason!

I have a couple of these named LT13 by Radel, one works like a charm while the other doesn’t power up…trying to figure what’s wrong with it…do you happen to have schematics for these machines?
