Forced off due to flooding originally, but quickly learned I love the life and decided to never willingly pay a company for expensive, unreliable power ever again.

@@thebandplayedon..6145 Thank you for the support. I know the reviews weren't bad, I just didn't like having to do them. I hope people found them helpful but it is time to move on. I hope I am still off the grid in 7 years like you!
@@LDSreliance my one bit of unsolicited advice to anyone is sort your water issue- as in above all, if one can, find a spot with a deep well/high water table/ river/ Artesian Well... whatever but rain is not to be counted on, nor trusted but that's another topic.
If your water is sorted regardless of anything- everything else is abundantly easier.

@@LDSreliance yeah things are going well. Working full-time as a consultation. Going to be debt free, except for the house, in the near future if I keep hustling and working these jobs. Then I will be able to buy a small 5-10 acres as well and get off grid and have some livestock... will be living the dream. All the best! - Danny
