What a top bloke Carl is, confident, knowledgeable but still humble. Unfortunately less can be said about a lot of the ‘top’ prestige motor dealers in the UK!
I have to agree about the comments on the special buying experience. Even though the vehicle I purchased could be considered as budget priced when considered alongside some of the million plus exotics at the showroom, I still received punctual personal responses from Carl. Every minute detail was attended to, both he and his staff went above and beyond to make the whole experience both memorable and satisfying. I wouldn’t hesitate to both buy another car or recommend friends to Carl at Tom Hartley Cars.
Excellent video & Carl's an interesting person to listen too when he talks about his family business & his passionate about all things to do with many brands from the automotive industry & I would truly think a tour of the Hartley family estate car business would truly be interesting too.
