  • A quick video about the Harley tall risers. It is an improvement, but there's some drawbacks as well.
One thing I forgot to mention, when standing the whole screen is visible.

I have the Tall Boy risers installed on my Pan Am and have no issues with the TFT clearance but I'm 6'-3". They helped take the strain off my neck and shoulders but I DO wish they swept back an inch though.

I put the OEM risers on my '22 PAS and share the same observations. I like the height but next time, I'll get risers that also pull back 1 inch.

I'm going to be running another BBG in a few days with the new risers before I decide if I'll be swapping them out (they are an improvement, and there are other things to address). Probably wait until I install the taller screen as well.

I was thinking about getting these. Great video, but how tall are you? With my height I am hearing some say you don't need, some say a must I'm 5'9". Thanks for the great videos!

I'm 5'8" with a 30" inseam. Generally not an issue, unless you step in a pothole when you stop (like I did yesterday at a convenience store - in front of the only crowd that convenience store has ever had in the decade I've lived hear). Not graceful.

I saw a video yesterday showing that HeliBars has just released a riser that is 2 inches up and 2 inches back. Most I have seen have been 2 up and 1 back. It also has a RAM ball on it so that you can mount other devices. I would love to see them on a bike or see a review. They are shown here: ua-cam.com/video/fa_iWX9pZGo/v-deo.html
