I've honestly seen this thousands of times in Philly with so many mom and pop restaurants that are just like a hole in the wall but serve such delicious food.
Absolutely blown away by this concept. Transforming a deli into a top-notch restaurant by night is pure genius. It's stories like these that showcase the heart and soul of Philadelphia's culinary scene. The passion and creativity behind this transformation are palpable, and it's inspiring to see how spaces can evolve and serve the community in such unique ways. Can't wait to visit and experience the magic firsthand. Kudos to everyone involved in bringing this vision to life!
Bake, mill, producing meat all in one shop! also transform into restaurant?! Impressive! Shocking impressive! We should all be grateful for the existence of this kind of shop
Not only are Pat & Mel (and Alessandra!) incredibly dedicated to their craft, they are the most gracious and fun hosts you'll really have the pleasure of meeting. The Trattoria dinners are so much fun. In a city where a lot of folks aim for unreasonable hospitality, these guys stand above the rest.
incredible. the place made it to my bucket list just with this 20 minute video. i will certainly follow these passionate people wherever they go and open in the future.
Heavy metal is the perfect description for how hardcore and interesting their dedication to food is. Everything looks like it was crafted with (literal) blood, sweat, and tears. Definitely need to visit.
Hi checked out your menu looks awesome. I grew up in Roxborough and also grew up with Scrapple. Everything Except the Oink. Lol!! When I come up next time I’ll have to stop by for a bite. Thanks 🙏
I like that woman’s Keystone shirt. Our state is “The Keystone State”. In a Roman arch, the Keystone was the stone larger than all others in the arch, because that one stone holds up and bares the weight of the entire arch.
Sory this mite be a dumb suggestion but y not position the sifter under the milling machine to save urself a trip downstairs? 2 birds 1 stone kinda thing.
The fact that they're doing so many different products in such a tiny space is super impressive. That's a sign of genuine creativity and ingenuity

Seriously. Milling their own flour even?
This is one of the most chaotic looking kitchens I've ever seen, and I appreciate that.
The fact that all of these Philly places sneak "go Birds" into their segments is my favorite thing
It's written in the city Charter 😂
Go Birds
You can’t escape it-even exiting your Uber
Go birds in Philly is basically like “hello, how are you” everywhere else.

The amount of labour and creativity this little business is putting out is amazing.
If you're milling your own flour, then you definitely care about taste.
Definition of a “hole in the wall” that I know for a fact smacks w/o having been there before
No its just to expesiv to by it
I am a miller in germany its only the fact that the mills in america are to pricy

All I can say is wow! This Chef, is making all this stuff in a small space. Impressive. Guy truly loves what he’s doing
This is amazing. There are few places that make food with this level of authenticity and handcraftedness. This is the real deal.
incredible. the place made it to my bucket list just with this 20 minute video. i will certainly follow these passionate people wherever they go and open in the future.
We need more of this deli. I’d love to see a service. This is so cool.
I look forward to this series everytime there's a new episode!! Great content you guys, keep it coming! Cheers!
I love that they’re making the most out of the scraps. Pretty gnarly operation these guys got going on.
A baker who doesn't want to call himself a baker... who also makes blood sausages. So talented!

Heavy metal is the perfect description for how hardcore and interesting their dedication to food is. Everything looks like it was crafted with (literal) blood, sweat, and tears. Definitely need to visit.
Blood and tongue sausage is in fact pretty metal.
How do they so much in such a small space is absolutely mind blowing and deli and restaurant by the night concept is amazing
They do the German sausages justice. Well done!
I love wursts. 🫶🏼
We love this focus on locally sourced products as that is near and dear to our hearts with bringing back local foodsystems here at One Mighty Mill.
Absolutely can not wait to try this place!
I miss Philly and this place is on my visit list when I get back.
Birthplace of some of the best sandwiches Philly has ever seen
True gonzo deli. True passion going on.
Hope the place thrives.
This is a far more inspiring reason to go to Philadelphia than the countless mediocre cheesesteak joints
This is amazing! Can’t wait to snag a reservation.
epic group of seriously hard and dedicated people....
I would really wanna eat here!!! HEAVY METAL FOREVER!!!!
You had me at heavy metal
Awesome shop with so much passion for putting out artisan food through a crazy amount of effort.
Definitely not my sort of place, but I can strongly appreciate their ethos and their craftsmanship.
Cool shop, love the process.
We need something like this in LA!

All I have to say it that I’m glad this restaurant video was randomly suggested to me, power to you 🤘🏽✊🏽
My favorite part, is the Cabelas meat grinder! Amazing!!!!! Keep it up, guys!
Best Food Advertisement in UA-cam 'Bon Appétit' Love the Quality of Video and how it is videograph .
As a German, reading Zungenblutwurst made me giggle. I wonder how the product would sell if they label it as tongue blood sausage
I love what they are doing, this made me so hungry so I got to go try! Go Eagles!
I am amazed at how much they do in a small space…wish I lived closer
This has been one of my favorite ones.
What a cool little place I love it
Such a badass chef, great episode !
7:58 A wild Croatian liqueur appears!!
Go Birds. This place is FANTASTIC, a must if you’re in philly
They really seem like they like what they do. I bet their food is delicious.

Next time I’m in Philadelphia, I’m eating here. Looks amazing!
Lol this is so chaotic and creative, I wish them the best and so much success.
“You have to suffer to eat it.” Perfect description of wheat pasta.
This is epic I will definitely be coming in to order!
OMG. Total RESPECT. RAWK ON!!! Phenomenal Crew, Supreme Skillz. Epic.
Impressive collection of cool cooking going on there

@0:19 it‘s Leberwurst not Lieberwurst👍 and to be exact it would be Hausmacher Leberwurst
Nothing like REAL food.
I like that woman’s Keystone shirt. Our state is “The Keystone State”. In a Roman arch, the Keystone was the stone larger than all others in the arch, because that one stone holds up and bares the weight of the entire arch.
Love your content 😊😊😊❤❤❤
I WANT TO GO TO THERE
If you push harder on the mould, it cuts the ravioli
Having a wife to support your business must be so nice
He’s totally a technician
bro youse are like mad scientist of food
I wanna go to Philly for those meats.
I worked in an Italian deli that had a similar concept except with lunch.
Beautiful
Alessandra is a gun!
Honestly, it doesn't get any more metal than grinding meats.
Quite a gourmet science.
love y, Alessandra
Pelinkovac ❤
this place looks like it rips. i thought that shirt was an early 00’s metalcore band. i back it
super interesting
7:39 check those prices, hollyyyy lol
Anyone know what flour mill he’s using?
Go Birds!
Sory this mite be a dumb suggestion but y not position the sifter under the milling machine to save urself a trip downstairs? 2 birds 1 stone kinda thing.
Which flour mill model is that?
"If you love to travel Capital One has the perfect credit card for you"
Heavy Metal Militia! My kinda joint. Alessandra is strong af (hot af, too).
The fact that the handwritten menu doesnt look like the Night Bringer logo is a huge missed oppurtunity
