Glad Cornell came down to your last two choices! Cornell definitely can be cold ... Knowing what I know now, I wish I had applied to Stanford in 1988-1989, but didn't want to go that far away to school (being from the East Coast). For Cornell Engineering, I think the administration basically looks at Stanford and MIT being the competition ... So congrats agains on choosing Stanford. Maybe I'll see you on-campus - I sometimes attend lectures there (Entrepreneurial Thought Leaders lecture series is open to the public, as are many other talks).
That’s super cool! Yeah, I see all these amazing alumni coming out of Cornell and I’m like wow, what if I didn’t turn the school down? There’s a certain FOMO that lingers. Nice to hear that you’re taking advantage of Stanford’s offerings-the campus is absolutely beautiful!

hey I'm going to high school next year and I really want to maintain good grades in high school, can you make a video on study tips and websites/textbooks you used to do well in hard AP classes like calc bc?
hey! you can also check out my "everything on academics" playlist for the study-related videos i've made so far :) as for tips on books for specific AP Classes, I'm definitely planning these (but probably more for August/September when school starts again). Thanks for the suggestion!

Hey, I'm only a rising sophomore but I'm stressing about which college I should apply early decision or REA to. I'm deciding between Northwestern and Stanford, but NW is in my state but, Stanford is 100s of miles away. I like Stanford's campus better but I'm scared if I apply REA and I don't get it I could jeopardize my chances of getting into any other big university since I cant apply to anything else ED or EA. But NW has been my dream school for a while and I'm only now considering applying to Stanford early instead. What do you think is a better choice?
So I think the biggest thing to consider here is that northwestern is ED, meaning you’ll have to attend if you get in. On the other hand, Stanford is EA, meaning you can still consider other options, even if you get in. If you’re so torn between the two, I’d recommend Stanford, because you will still have the possibility of choosing northwestern if you get in regular. Be aware that your mind also might change about your “dream school” one year from now).

@@znatscubing4426 Some schools dont consider DI, like all the ivies, just search up the prospective school and if they consider DI, and to show it would be like visiting it, or emailing your admissions officer, or attending a summer program there.

Haha I thinks wherever my interests & the world takes me. I don’t think anyone our age will have one career in one line of work in the future, and I certainly don’t think I will be working in just one industry. I definitely want to try consulting for a few years, start my own business, continue creating content on UA-cam and my blog, and writing & sharing ideas through the internet or books. As for the “main hustle” I’m still figuring that out!
