good morning gorgeous peeps 💖 it’s a bank holiday Monday in the U.K.! I’m not sure if that applies to other countries though? Nevertheless, I hope everyone had a fab Easter Sunday! I’m flying this week to secret location, anyone that guesses where will get a shoutout in the travel vlog 😂😂
Official it's not a bank holiday in Scotland but only England, Wales and Northern Ireland but in practice the Banks and Postoffces are closed in Scotland.
Açaí is an Amazonian fruit. It is curious because people from northern Brazil, where the fruit comes from, eat açaí in a completely different way! It is salty and they also use to eat with fish, but the fruit is completely pure. The rest of the country (Brazil) eats exactly as you did, but the fruit is full of additives, sugar, guarana syrup, etc...
Absolutely love this video! You would love the acai bowl options here in Aus. It's rare to find a cafe that doesn't have an acai or some kind of smoothie bowl on the menu where I live!
This is my kind of food🥰 I havr been trying to find another cacao/chocolate smoothie bowl. I used to be able to get amazing ones in London but I havent been able to find any in a couple of years.
how can I not do waffles!!! It’s in the name 🔥🔥 although it would require a lot of research 🥲 because there’s more of a pancake game in london than waffles ahahaha
For me another important part is if they serve the food in plastic. I can understand plastic if you order it on the go, but if you sit down and eat it there - that's a big no for me.
Make your own at home 😍😍 I use: 1 frozen banana, handful of frozen berries, handful of frozen cauliflower, 150ml juice or almond milk + 1 scoop of vegan protein powder ✨🍓🫐🍌
Peanut butter + granola + acai = DREAM COMBOS!! Raw press raw granola was the best though 😍 it was more chewy than crunchy, I loved the texture of it!!!
The thickness isn't a valid criterion for judgment. It primarily depends on the quantity and type of stabilizer used, along with the initial temperature. This is about personal preference. For instance, Oak berry is well-liked, yet their product has more of a smoothie texture, turning to soup within 10 minutes, but it remains popular among consumers. Additionally, nowadays, when many people refer to the flavor of açaí, they are actually alluding to the sweetener, guaraná, because açaí itself has a very subtle taste-just a hint of sourness and an earthy flavor, especially when using açaí powder. This misconception underscores how the authentic taste of açaí is often masked or altered by sweeteners.

I’m surviving 35 degrees these days 😤😤😤🔥🔥🔥🔥
for me a good acai bowl needs to be thick and have granola and peanut butter on top.

Jonnymeatless. DEFO you need to do vegan pancakes next! Also maybe next best vegan restaurants in London as that would be super helpful!🌿✨
