MTV has not rocked this hard in 25 years. The two songs they performed at the MTV VMAs got a lot of attention. Even th show's producer was heard over a hot mic saying "Holy Sh*t!! I am a fan!!"
Their covers were really good. Their original stuff is outstanding. But live is where they shine.
Yeah, there is something about sibling harmonies (think BeeGees' and Andrews Sisters' voices) that is hard to beat. The voices naturally blend so well together.

That was the best bit of the aftermovie! If you haven't heard of them definitely check out Larkin Poe, a blues rock band fronted by the very talented Lovell sisters. Also better live plus they have tons of acoustic covers with just the two of them on their channel. The sibling magic there is as strong as with the Warning!

Don't worry about stopping the video. We've seen it many times already. If someone wants the uninterrupted version, they can watch the original. The best are harmonies are all three of them. They where the first Mexican band at the VMAs. They were the only non-nominated band at the VMAs. They blew the roof off for people who were expecting lip-synced pop bands. You have just witnessed the drummer Pau’s ‘scream of destruction!’ Veterans of performing live The Warning nailed their two songs on the MTV VMA flawlessly on the first take! When they appeared, only about three people in the crowd knew who they were. They were placed in front maybe as an example for the rest to emulate. This appearance gave the rest of the world a chance to see them for the first time. I’ve seen reactors watch this performance because it was MTV, and many said, “I thought MTV didn’t do rock anymore!”, discovering The Warning for the first time. The Warning Army gained thousands of new recruits! Not blown away yet? Always better live, but try the music video of CHOKE!.

hi, so now you are going to go down the real rabbit hole, the warning has 3 original albums and an ep, where there is not a bad song. If you liked the harmonies, I recommend you see Enter Sandman live at the Metropolitan Theater or Diciple, where Pau and Dany share the lead vocals. If you liked the way Pau sings, then I recommend Dust to Dust, both from the same show, or 23. the entire show is priceless. Dust to Dust is the first song from their second album, Queen of the Murder Scene, which is a concept album. The bass line was written by Ale when she was more or less 11 years old. And if you want to listen to the entire album live, there is the Lunario recital from 2018, where Dany was 18, Pau 16 and Ale 13. That recital is legendary, it is on their channel.

this was such a huge and powerful exhibition they gave with the short time they were given... they performed two songs, *More* (done first) and this one, *Evolve* which is certainly a fan favorite... Pau (drums) came up with *Evolve* after watching a documentary about evolution and gene manipulation... this isn't the first time she has drawn inspiration from a TV show or movie, either...
i understand that MTV is still looking for their roof LOL
i'm quite proud and happy for DPA/TW for making these milestone appearances at two MTV functions, the MIAW in CDMX (back in Aug 2023) and the VMAs in NY&NJ (Extended Stage) (in Sep 2023)... three additional milestones for their VMA appearance are
    1) they are the first Mexican band to perform at the VMAs,
    2) they were invited to perform,
    3) they were not nominated for anything...
those speak volumes in a great and huge way! now add to that they have been doing this for 10 years... most of that was while independent...
i would also be remiss if i didn't mention that this performance was real unlike the other groups that also performed here... DPA/TW did both of their songs fully live and in one take each while the other performers lip synced and took all three allowed takes... the ""best"" of those takes was selected for airplay... DPA/TW were also the only ones to be announced on the main stage when it was time to present their performances...
watching Pau (drums) firing her *_"Scream of Evolution"_* toward the heavens releasing all of her frustrations and pain so she can *Evolve* and grow past them is always a treat 😜 she has described the scream she does in *Evolve* in similar fashion and she brings it for real each and every time they present this hard rocking power ballad in concert or live sessions...
Pau has also stated that playing here on this stage was a very _surreal moment_ ... she said the stage was very much like the stage in the game Rock Band... i can easily see that they might have felt as if they had been transported into the game... i'm sure they imagined similar when they were playing the game as children and just beginning to find their path in life pre-2012 or so... in Aug 2023 they celebrated their 10th Anniversary as a band... i can't wait to see what the future bring to them!
Fun Fact: Pau has three screams/yells that she does... the first, most well known, one in *Evolve* , one in *Z* , and the other in *Hunter* ...

💥💢💥💢 Hi JasoDip🤘🤘🤘 I'm a fan of THE WARNING since 2015 and I want to share some facts you'll like:
    ⚠️ "THE WARNING" ⚠️
They are three sisters from Monterrey🇲🇽, The band started in 2012. They became The Warning in 2013, the three of them are:
    - Dany ( Daniela ) - Guitarist - 23 years old,
    - Pau ( Paulina ) - Drummer - 21 years old,
    - Ale ( Alejandra ) - Bassist - 19 years old.
    💥 PAULINA VILLARREAL
Winner for ROCK DRUMMER OF THE YEAR at Drumeo Awards 2023.
In 2022 they did over a hundred gigs in North and South America opening for Foo Fighters, Halestorm, The Pretty Reckless, Trhree Days Grace, and Guns and Roses, and playing at the MTV VMA's.
In 2024 they will play at:
    - Shiprock
    - Tecate P'al Norte Festival in Monterrey Mexico
    - Vive Latino Festival in Mexico City
    - Europe Tour
    - Mad Cool Festival in Madrid Spain
    - Wacken Open Air Festival on Germany
They are classically trained pianists; Dany and Ale have played SAX in the past. All three sing lead and background vocals; Dany is the principal Singer. They were inspired by "Rock Band" the video game, and two of their songs are available on "Rock Band IV" the video game, they were on The Ellen Show in 2015.
They are fully bilingual ass they attended a bilingual catholic school in Monterrey MX. Later, all graduated high school through homeschooling. They attended Berklee College of Music Summer Program in Boston in 2015.
They Started as a cover band; The Enter Sandman cover launched their career. They have now 49 original songs in an EP, three albums, two singles, and two unreleased performed songs, no bad songs. Their newest release single, called "MORE" came out in May 12th. Two new unreleased songs debuted at their Guadalajara concert. One is called "SICK" and the other is "HELL YOU CALL A DREAM". They have a rich collection of Music Videos and Lyric Videos on their Channel. There are also blogs and individual performances.
Their most legendary concerts professionally shotted are:
    - Liceo de Monterrey 2015
    - TEDx University of Nevada Reno 2017
    - Dakota Bar 2018
    - Lunario CDMX 2018
    - Foro Didi 2019
    - Wiscky a Go Go 2019 & 2020
    - Cuarantine Concert 2020
    - Teatro Metropolitan CDMX (4K AND HD Audio ) 2022
    - UK Private Show ( Acoustic & Electric, now public) 2023.
When not performing they are humble and they act more down to earth like everyday individuals. DANY is a goofball and sweetheart, PAU Talks with passion
Like a machine gun, and ALE is an introverted and a perfectionist person.
When you fall down the warning rabbit hole, you can't go back. 🤘🤘🤘🥁🎸🎤🪕🎶🎵
You can find more on their UA-cam channel : The Warning
And if you want to react to the best show ever please see their concert at Teatro Metropolitan 2022 in 4K Resolution and HIFI Audio and 22 beautiful Songs, the link to that video is ua-cam.com/video/7hbBa1-1p7M/v-deo.htmlsi=_S7MTK05t86xdwM3

The Warning is a once in a generation phenomenon. I flew down from Portland Oregon with my daughter to see them live over 2 months ago in Tijuana where they started with Disciple. Ale’s bass kicked me in the chest and knocked me over, then Pau beat me over the head with her drums and then Dany finished me off by slaying me with her guitar and vocals. Once you go down The Warning rabbit hole there's no way out, like Black Holes (which is one of my favorite songs of theirs).🤘⚡

Welcome to The Warning Army! Your reaction is spot on! They have a hook and you along with the rest of us are now in their rabbit hole and it's a wonderful place! I am 59 and have been longing for that 80s and 90s rock sound and along came The Warning to fulfill my rock and roll needs. There is a documentary of them which tells their story. It's amazing too. My son is like you with the thrasher metal but unlike you, he doesn't get these gals and what they mean to rock and roll. Finally I shall sign off with this suggestion. Do the Teatro Metro CDMX concert from track one all the way through. It's on their channel and is segmented. It is professionally produced and is a banger from start to finish. Check out their song, “Queen of the Murder Scene.” It’s their most metal original song, imo. My favorite of theirs.
One of the things I loved about The Warning as I was first getting to know them was how at some point in every one of their songs I caught myself feeling influence from a different genre of rock. On one I would swear they were a metal band. Next I thought they were punk. After that, turns out they’re classic rock. Then grunge. Etc…
As Lemmy would say if he were still with us, “They are The Warning, and they play rock and roll.”

It is a concept album that tells the story of a girl's unrequited love that leads to madness and Murder. It's really good and even more amazing that a group of teens wrote it.
