Hey Ryo, just wanted to say that I’m a big fan! Just curious. It seems like your mini studio is in Japan but you have videos from Singapore every now and then. Are you based in Japan or Singapore?
Yes, I am based in Japan. I took a bunch of videos when I was in Singapore back in Feb and am releasing them slowly. I don’t want to just release a bunch of fish store tours at one go. Have to keep the content varied
What a gorgeous fish! I remember thinking, "why on Earth would Ryo want an Arowana?" And NOW I get it! Now I want one. lol. Of course I cannot have one.
Those are some incredible arowanas. Beautiful! I didn't know they came in so many colors. All his fish look healthy and their colors are so vivid. It looks like he takes really good care of all his fish. I wish I could visit his store. 😃👍
Mr Yap obviously love that yellow red arowana.. He puts more air stones and water pump.. Bigger tanks and lower water to prevent that fish from jumping and hurt..
Thats one of the most beautiful collection of arowanas i have ever seen.. in my town (Bandung) there are tons of fish shop.. none of them are as fit and as "perfect" as this one.. amazing to see
Okay, now I’m starting to understand the Arowana interest & reasons for the prices. Cheers Ryo 👍🏼 for showing some other varieties etc. I’d prefer to spend ten grand on dozens of tanks and thousands of fish & plants but hey, to each their own.
Ryo, I see this fish shop is running no-clog air stones in their tanks. I bought some of the smaller three colored ones off of Amazon recently and they are not producing anywhere near as many bubbles as his smaller stones in some of the tanks. Do you use these air stones and if so is there something I am doing wrong with them? I do not get bubbles out of all the openings in each section of the air stone. I have it hooked up to a 3w pump which should be good for my 20g high aquarium. Not sure what I am doing wrong or if the stone is just not working right.
Great video! The Banana Red & Albino are special fish, but my personal favorite is the Gold one. Too bad we can't get Asian Arowana here in the States.
Red tail sharks are iucn red listed as endangered species but for some reason are not listed under whatever the USA list species like they have for arowana!!! It's a serious bureaucracy problem.... ABSOLUTELY no reason anyone in America cant own these fish , they are bred on farms at numbers that would make your head spin!!!
@@thefishylife6823 I completely agree. Perhaps we should start a gofundme to get some money to bribe the right official? Seems like that is the only way to get things done now a days. Cheers?
@@RyoWatanabee and they are the cheaper of most.... Lol awesome fish!!! I am still just dumbfounded why they are still illegal here in America especially considering the fact that no Asian arowana are taken from wild anymore.... I think red tailed sharks are iucn red listed as critically endangered!!! Yet readily available at every petstore in AMERICA...it makes no sense at all
Hi Chris, I sold my Arowana last year because I had to move to Japan. This video was taken in February when I was there visiting some friends and family
Cool. I can't believe you hung on to that footage for so long. I love all the recent rice fish content. I have a giant, old pair of Oryzias woworae that just gave me a bunch of fry. I also have Oryzias dancena but I haven't tried to collect eggs from them yet. I'm also hoping to get the blue version of the Japanese Miyuki Medaka sometime this fall. Cheers, Chris
I'm not sure if I do the price comparison correct but why so cheap. for example, 850 singapore dollar to us dollar is 625. yea I know $625 for a fish?? but really, for arowana that's consider cheap.
Did he sold the $5K super red in the display tank before in your previous video 365 days ago? (this year is 366 days) Now its an albino in the display tank
Hi Ryo I’m from India and want to import arowana from BCA can you confirm that whether they can export fish to India. Humble request buddy really like ur efforts and content great and vibrant future is ahead of you. Keep it up wanna grow older seeing your videos. Request if you update me on arowana export to India.
When you have great fish and you get what you paid for. There's really no reason to be sketchy and rip-off anyone. Beautiful fish will sell themselves.

Hi Ryo! Just make sure to include that this was shot in February. Fish stores can get into trouble now due to COVID regulations

What a gorgeous fish! I remember thinking, "why on Earth would Ryo want an Arowana?" And NOW I get it! Now I want one. lol. Of course I cannot have one.
Amazing fish store! You can tell he really cares about his fish and he has some awesome looking ones. They all look very healthy though. 👍🏼
It has the color of a white peach... adorable!
Man I am loving the frequent uploads man! Great video
Also very nice color of Red Arowana in the last part of your video😍😍😍❤

Hi Ryo, last weekend I've just been to BCA as well! It's amazing there, great video and shots of the arowana 👌
I love the way you present fish
Always enjoy your videos and your enthusiasm, keep up the great work young man!
Fantastic place and the Banana red is gorgeous. It looks more peach colored to me but I know lighting etc can change the look.
I'm glad it's farmed, not a fish plucked from the wild. I value that more because that's pure dedication to get that color
very very nice fishes. Two thump up. like it so much. Wish to own one of those fish.
I'm probably gonna visit the store this year because I'm living in Malaysia!!!
Thank you uploading beautiful video and BCA hand down the best aro shop !!!
Mr Yap obviously love that yellow red arowana.. He puts more air stones and water pump.. Bigger tanks and lower water to prevent that fish from jumping and hurt..
I noticed that too :) it’s a very special fish that not many people have seen before

may I know what does the word “R” that written on the aquarium stand for in 1:28 ?? Anyone who can tell me?
‘Reserverd’
means that someone bought the fish already
@@RyoWatanabee Thank you for the information bro👍🏻..
Thx you Ryo. Good vid again !

Another great video
Thanks for this vid Ryo
They’re amazing looking but I can’t have one
So pricey😅

Any good suggestion for buying Arowana from Farm in bulk quantity
Okay, now I’m starting to understand the Arowana interest & reasons for the prices.

Why not do both? Fk it bro, jkjk
I love your videos 😍🇰🇼
this looks amazing. I would like to ask him how to train the arownas to eat and how many times does he usually feed them?
Great Video!!!
Like the shop keepers English, cuteee n sincere
Are they importing arowanas in Canada?
What kind of food is that
any update on your arowana Ryo??? pls make a video....
I rehomed my arowana last year because I moved to a different country
Love the video! Why is there a parrot fish with every arowana?

Where is this store located?
Amazing. So beautiful!!

I agree. Since they can be farmed, I don’t see any reason why verified farm bred fish can’t be owned in the US. They are amazing fish!

Really ! Really nice! Amazing!
Классное видео! Как всегда интересно и красиво!
Bro can u tell me how do you deworm ur arowana??
Amazing,,,,👍👍👍👍👍
Beautiful fish. I prefer the look of the regular long body arawana. They look more graceful to me.
how to contact them if we need arowana for other country because i stay in india
oh,,, you are back from japan....
Q. This fish display in the shop. Can this fish breeding if we put them to the right environment?
Yup, if you keep these arowanas in huge aquarium or pond, they will breed

Amazing fish, it's a shame most people don't have the room to keep them, wish there was a fish like this but only 10 cm. 😊

Hi ryo! How to order in this shop? Thanks
this might be a dumb question but how do you switch between Japan and Singapore. It's a flight!
sorry meant to write it's a flight!!

I took this video when I was in singapore a couple months back. Just because I take a video today doesn’t mean I will release it tomorrow.

The longfin is absolutely stunning! I with I could get a 100% longfin one here in germany but even getting an asian one is incredibly hard
Ryo what happen to your arowana? Still keeping?
That parrot fish looking gangsta!
I was just wondering if you still have your Arowana in Singapore. Great vid. How long are you in Sing for?

Hi Ryo Kun! May I know when did you videoed this episode at BCA? Thanks ^\^

Because it’s quite common in south East Asia and the prices have gone down tremendously
Did he sold the $5K super red in the display tank before in your previous video 365 days ago? (this year is 366 days) Now its an albino in the display tank
Yes, he sold it the day I made that previous video.
Awesome!!!
Thank you Dean 😊
The one that doesn’t have a name yet looks like a Light Mango in color. Will that help name it?
all i can say is wow
