Listening to this family side of story they bought n own the land in question using the due process halafu police get paid to bring about the goons to evict them. Is my sincere hope that this family gets protection n justice they deserve

Stop wasting your precious time to & with police departments or DCI. However aggrieved you're, you lack legal authority to instruction police/DCI to inquire about land fraud. It is the power & authority of ELC court to order the investigating authority to undertake substantive & comprehensive inquiry on the land in dispute. Quickly, you better hire an Advocate to institute legal proceedings against your correspondents. Please do not blame the NPS or the government, because it is your constitutional & undeniable rights to petition the Kenyan justice systems, viz, to plead hearing for justice. All the best.

Don't buy land in Nairobi or its environs unless it is in the estate of an established institution like NHC, NSSF, etc.

Children were not legal requirements in the execution of sale-purchase agreement. The only legal rights children had was to register a caveat on the land before sale.
