All they did was spin the wheel to see what food they gonna cook and judge Brian was like, "So far I'm not impressed".😭😭
Love the concept but I feel like keeping the judge from the kitchen would be better or even making it a blind taste so the judge doesn’t know who’s dish is who. That way it’s truly unbiased.

Hey everyone! Lot of comments about my friend Brian Lee here… to clarify, we are all friends - the chefs and judge included. His character of being a “judge” was satire and our chef friends Loic and Tre knew this ahead of filming. Dude, this food critic is unprofessional to say the least. He gave a vibe like he's some big-time food critic, but clearly he is too inexperienced in his field. I agree with other commenters that the judge should be blinded to remove biases. He doesn't even cook and was giving comments half way into the cooking about sauce and stuff. And that part where he simply changed his score for chef loic is amateurish.
The two chefs were absolutely amazing! Can't wait to see more collabs with other chefs.
Danny, I think you would be a good judge and make the show more casual. You have tasted a variety of gourmet food from pro chefs so your palate are pretty developed. Otherwise, find a more qualified food critic that's not cringy and beta.
