I made the burgers last night for dinner. Reminiscent of the 3-2-1 burger by Plant Based Gabriel (3 cups any beans, 2 cups rice or any grain, and 1 cup oats). He changes the veggies and spices according to the flavor profile he is looking for. It made so much that the next day I added to it about 3/4 cup shredded carrot, 1/2 cup oats, and 1/4 cup rice. (The base was way to moist to form “meatballs” even after a night in the fridge). I got 14 2” veg balls out of it!
You all are such a lovely family, I also love making up bean burger concoctions and they are always great. Little Rom Rom just loves to eat anything and everything it’s wonderful. What I love about you is your adventurous just putting weird things together because in your mind they seem good to you and then you try them and love it . I’m the same way I make all sorts of crazy arrangements and it’s so fun and good. Keep it up Ami your a joy in my life.
Watching Romi at the pot of bean mixture is hysterical! And if Abe says the burgers are “Great” it’s definitely a must try. Just added mushrooms to my shopping list. 😊💚

I steamed some peeled aubergines today. Then made tomato sauce with cherry tomatoes, garlic and onions. Added cayenne pepper, curry and turmeric, and fresh parsley. then added the mashed aubergines. It was super yummy. My teen loved it with rice. Ami do you not like peas. I always have frozen peas handy to throw into dishes . They make a yummy stew with potatoes. ❤ also I wanted to say that whole sale fruit and veg shop in west newcastle, which i visit when am in newcastle is super for cheap deals .
Rommy is such a cutie 🥰 and makes us smile everyday ❤ The burgers and risotto looked great. Have bought everything to make the burgers today. Rommy looked so cute in her little hat and made us laugh eating the burger mix 😅 Much love from Spain ❤️
I just bought your second meal plan to get the burger recipe and I realized it’s a different recipe so glad you posted this recipe here. I don’t regret it though because I’m excited to have the tofu mayo and the mung bean stew recipes 😊
LOL when you were shaking the food pro. I used to have that one. I hated the lid so got rid of it. I have a KitchenAid now which is a bit of a plastic toy but I love it so much because it is easier to use.
Maybe try savory breakfast for Abe ? I remember struggling with breakfasts as a child because i didn’t (and still don’t) like sweet stuff in the morning. Good luck ! 😘🌱

Am on a Plato currently I get done and then get super hungry and eat what ever I can find this week the vegan cricket tea I made follows the rules but had way too much should of had veggies first! Seeing the veg is really helpful to reinforce low calorie filling first plus the fact your based in the Uk is epic and any traditional British foods but healthy swoops would be great!! Love what you do thanks ps everyone loves your chick pea cookies and chocolate cake at the tea and suchi along with chief aj’s muffins but your cake topping with a few more chick peas so they stood up!!! Amazing! 🎉

Could you give any advice or support for me? I am trying to be plant based and I want to eat foods like you eat but I get terrible gas and bloating...aching, constipation, etc. I've tried being plantbased for quite some time / for years off and on. I have ibs and celiac.
I don't know if you've heard of the Low Fodmap diet but I've tried that off and on with success but I'm not very good at staying with it ...I miss the other foods ...oh and I do try it while eating plantbased too.
