Such a good video! I feel sad that I viewed it only now when I switched from Zoho to Flowlu already. Zoho worked so hard to make everything work, especially when it came to automation. I needed multiple modules, and it was a stumbling block to integrate all of them in Zoho, while in Flowlu everything is already in one single app. Anyway, thanks for the video!
Hi Massimo, nice video, and I appreciate your work, thanks! I have been struggling with Notes fields, because unless I'm missing something, I can't use standard filters to see the notes my team has written over the last 7 days or so... only activities such as tasks, calls and meetings show up. Am I missing something, or do you have any other suggestions?
Hi Scott, Thanks for the question. You can filter by notes and this article goes through that here: help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/crm/customize-crm-account/advanced-filters/articles/advanced-filters#Filter_records_using_advanced_filters But unfortunately you cannot see the notes in this page. What I would recommend is creating a report with the notes module included, so that you can see the content of the notes. Hope this helps!
Hello Massimo, thanks for the great video. It really helps. In your opinion, should we make a deal for every opportunity we have? Like if a client might potentially be interested in a service or solution, then we should create a deal? We use a separate solution for invoicing, quotes, and purchase orders. Do you advise us to create a deal for every quote we make? What qualify to be "a deal"? Thanks a lot if you could answer. +1 sub!
Hi there this is a great question! Typically we say to create a deal for every potential business opportunity that you have with a client. You never know, one may close and the other does not. As for the quote per deal, we usually like to create a deal that encompasses the transaction/opp and then there may be three quotes that go to them that only one of them is accepted. So typically one deal for every opp. and then many quotes/invoices within that deal.
I am trying to make an already existing contact a lead But it isn't popping up their name. Seems one can only make a lead a contact and not make a contact a lead?
Great video, thank you! Please make more! Cheers.

Great video! Background music louder than presenter so a tad distracting.
¿Can you automate the reminders?
If ( deals stays in qualification)
- Remind me everyday until I reject the deal or pass it to qualification
Very good video. Thanks.

Hi Kingsley,
You are correct a lead can become a contact.. but not the other way around. A contact cannot become a lead.
