Why the chocks are not put in the tire during the refuel?
Because the aircraft weights will increase during refueling and the tires will compress the chokes and not easy to remove it
You'd have to destroy the tires to place the cocks IN them. Way to costly, and what for anyway?
The guy has not follow the correct refuelling procedures,recording meter before doing the quality control,and in terms of safety he is not if full personal protective equipment,eg hard cap,ear protective equipment and sefety boots

The artist, musician has been around for a few years in his works he also has a prior history of being a dj of sorts in his earlier years., his name is Nicola Conte and to date has a few CD's published, my favorite tune by him is kind of a recent single titled Kind of Sunshine which features a very smooth female Italian jazz vocalist her name is Lucia Minetti. In close I'm sure you'll like the variety Mr. Conte plays in his wide spectrum of jazz music. Anyway that's it for now from me . The correct n accurate answer is to NUETRALIZE the static electricity between the aircraft n the fuel truck with a bonding cable. Years ago we also had to ground the fuel truck first to the actual earth with a grounding cable then bond the truck to aircraft, but now bonding is adequate, no grounding needed.

Air? You lunatic fringe, the 50PSI clearly indicates maximum liquid fuel pressure allowed by the piping and valves. It never gets that high unless there is a valve failure. Perhaps your Over Unity brain cannot comprehend that.
I say again....commercial jet engines run on LIQUID FUEL such as Jet A. Thrust stops immediately if the jet fuel to the engine is cut off.
