Making Ruffles and gathers using the Ruffler Foot

The Ruffler foot allows you to make a ruffle and attach it at the same time. You have options to use Cover stitch and or Serger stitch. This starts to explore that option. There will be a part 2 for when you cannot use the Ruffler foot
