You've helped me through 2 interviews, one has landed a job offer for a position that will pay the bills if I have to go that route, the other the interview went well and is the one I really want even though it pays less, it's unionized, has better flexibility, and a week more paid vacation per year plus is meaningful for me and my personality/makes an impact (versus helping a corp make more money). The hold up is that the hiring lady is on vacation until after easter lol the suspense is awful! Idk why go on vacation midway through hiring someone on, hoping it isn't indicative of not getting the job. Pray for me ya'll 😂 🤞🙏 either way thank you, at least I won't be homeless with the backup position, and your videos helped boost my confidence up, lowered anxiety levels, and give better responses.
Also good luck to everyone hunting right now, it's difficult out there! For the one I got an offer for I had to do 8 assessments in prescreening, an hour long Teams/phone interview, and then an in-person interview with the recruiter and a team manager. The other position that I'm waiting on hearing back from was an hour long video conference interview with 2 people, the hiring manager and the person who would be training me. Prior to that I flopped an in person panel interview, my nerves were shot and I froze on 2 questions lol. Embarrassing but learn from your mistakes and persist!
