If she has only wanted to draw attention to herself, she wouldn't have been laughing when by herself, or trying to hard to quiet it down when others joined her in the elevator.
The driveway ghost one is easily explainable. I have to work with security cameras for my job, often at night. Whenever we see a "ghost" more often than not it's just a bug flying in front of the camera or specks of dust super up close to the lens.
i have CCTV at home and see lots of strange things that are definitely bugs, but that one was not. Edit: driveway is actually a person. I saw this reproduced on those doorbell cameras. At night, it looks like this when a person is far enough away from the camera. Kicked myself when I saw it.

Probably multiple reasons: 1. Businesses are cheap and don’t want to invest a lot of money on camera, or they can’t afford the higher end ones 2. 4K cameras are not worth the investment when 95% of the time, all they capture are just people and cars passing by
try it yourself, record 4K video for 1 day, 2 days and so on, how many space you got left on your hard drive..... But even Full HD is enough detail right, but good lens and image sensor (with amazing low light capability) is not cheap. To achieve good clarity, we should advise those people to use AT LEAST Canon EOS 1D, or ARRI camera as security camera for their house.....

I will add my experience. I was attacked by something in a local urban park. I heard nothing, saw nothing, neither did anyone in the area. Slammed me into the ground from above. Broke my wrist and gave me seven stitches. Could not have been a person, because was from above. No trees above me. To this day I have no idea what it was.
Could have been an animal. A large bird slamming into you and leaving before you realize what is going on doesn't sound too far fetched. There are also a bunch of other ways this could have happened but there are not enough information to be sure about any of these.

As far as the giggling woman -- I did that, for the first few weeks after I was put on antidepressants. The giggling would come out of nowhere, and I couldn't stop myself. When it was over, I had no idea of what I was laughing about. My doctor called it a hypomanic episode, and it sometimes occurs when first taking antidepressants.
I have much hope for ‘magic mushrooms’ for treatment of depression. The use of an organic treatment as opposed to chemicals seems very appealing. I used mushrooms all thru my 20’s, 40 years ago, and it aleveated much of my lifelong depression and PTSD. Ever since the park’s creation, the National Park Service began escorting people out of the area. They don’t do this now, but they still buy up houses and businesses and tear them all down. Sasquatch, wendigo, a ghost lady sitting in a cemetery surrounded by trees that change position are some of the stories surrounding that area of the National Park. The Elisa Lam I one I don't think is creepy, she is clearly trying to hold the elevator to trap someone as a prank, pushing all the buttons to make it go to every floor. I think she was trying to hide from someone, everyone brings up that the roof access was locked, that is not how she got up there, she actually got up there via the fire escape, which can't be locked, not even on the roof. She either fell in, trying to hide or was pushed in at that point. It's really not that creepy when you come up with the simplest of explanations. Remember Occam's razor.

as a 5 star hotel food and beverage manager (in room service)... that hotel room BS is... well, BS. even at the level of ULTIMATE luxury, hotel security cams (unless tied to a casino, when needed...) have nowhere near that fidelity. Also, the transmission of engineering/security staff to "Base" communications are rarely (if ever) recorded, and NEVER that clear. The signal is constantly interrupted by walls and certain metals. No way they got a full and clear transcript. All this being said from a 5 star perspective, no way a run of the mill hotel has this technological capability. 100% fake.

I have much hope for ‘magic mushrooms’ for treatment of depression. The use of an organic treatment as opposed to chemicals seems very appealing. I used mushrooms all thru my 20’s, 40 years ago, and it aleveated much of my lifelong depression and PTSD. The effect is very introspective - as opposed to LSD which is highly unpredictable and why some people lose control of personality and behavior.

Helltown is a ghost town in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Ever since the park’s creation, the National Park Service began escorting people out of the area. They don’t do this now, but they still buy up houses and businesses and tear them all down. This has led to lots of stories and urban legends in and around the area. Sasquatch, wendigo, a ghost lady sitting in a cemetery surrounded by trees that change position are some of the stories surrounding that area of the National Park. Oh, and also there’s that fabled witch I mentioned in a previous comment.

I have a interesting theory on that video. Days after watching that video, I saw a child hospital commercial featuring kids with bendy legs. Similar to the kid in this video. So my theory is that a kid snuck out of the hospital or a place he stay in and went to that house and got out there with that underwear on that head. I don't remember what the hospital or the commercial, so if anyone can tell me, I appreciate it.

some of these seem either staged or fake... for one, CCTV footage often doesn't contain audio. however, some of this footage (like the hotel poltergeist that tore up that room)... i mean, it's not entirely outside the realm of possibility.
moreover, some digital (and even analogue) CCTV footage may contain bleed-over from used tapes, or glitches in recording data. like that driveway ghost could've been the image of a real person, but the data has managed to bleed over into that nighttime footage.
most places have audio surveillance and CCTV.

The Elisa Lam I one I don't think is creepy, she is clearly trying to hold the elevator to trap someone as a prank, pushing all the buttons to make it go to every floor. I think she was trying to hide from someone, everyone brings up that the roof access was locked, that is not how she got up there, she actually got up there via the fire escape, which can't be locked, not even on the roof. She either fell in, trying to hide or was pushed in at that point. It's really not that creepy when you come up with the simplest of explanations. Remember Occam's razor.

as a 5 star hotel food and beverage manager (in room service)... that hotel room BS is... well, BS. even at the level of ULTIMATE luxury, hotel security cams (unless tied to a casino, when needed...) have nowhere near that fidelity. Also, the transmission of engineering/security staff to "Base" communications are rarely (if ever) recorded, and NEVER that clear. The signal is constantly interrupted by walls and certain metals. No way they got a full and clear transcript. All this being said from a 5 star perspective, no way a run of the mill hotel has this technological capability. 100% fake.
